As usual, you have absolutely beautiful things. Rhen I was told, "yes we have it in your size." Then I was told "oh no we don't, not in your color." Then I was given a shirt to try on, but I had to point out to the saleswoman that it was not in fact in herringbone. Then I was told, "oh, we have no herringbone in your size." I ended up with a beautiful shirt, but it was a bit more difficult than it should have been. Still, I love what you carry.

The two competent individuals serving that day were attentive and complemented each others’ experiences, joining in helping us. Always a thoughtful and peaceful place to visit in London. The best shirts.

The shirts, and the in-store experience are absolutely first rate. What lets things down slightly, and is the reason for the 4 rather than 5 star rating, was the poor post-sale communication. After ordering a shirt with a simple collar alteration I had to wait 5 weeks and send a couple of emails only to be told my shirt was ready but they’d forgotten to let me know.
