I’ve been a loyal customer for years and truly appreciate the quality of your shirts. However, the extra charges and complicated process caused by Brexit are simply unreasonable.
Until you establish an EU-based e-shop, I will need to find another shirt supplier.

I’m an old customer. I have ordered fully bespoke shirts as well as bought some in the Jermyn Street shop & online. My latest purchase was online & I wanted to collect it myself. The machine then said pick-up was at the Gloucester factory rather than the London shop. I emailed my predicament on a late Saturday afternoon & had a live response almost by return. Problem fixed. Seriously awesome customer service! The shirt will be just as comfortable & hard wearing as all the others I own.

emma willis makes some of the most elegant clothes in the uk, which is to say: some of the most elegant clothes in the world. beautifully made, of beatiful materials, in timeless designs. my wife still wears a silk shirt i bought for her from emma in 1998. emma's clothes are the opposite of fast fashion, and we really appreciate that.

The cashmere scarf was beautiful, soft, Scottish cashmere. The olive color is a great match for my trench coat. I have purchased several shirts from Emma. All of her products are of the highest quality. They are classy and refined. No mass production. I wish Emma would come to the USA like some of the British bespoke tailors do.
