We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after putting in the preparation time and repainting.

From what you’ve described, bubbling after rainfall is typically caused by moisture pushing through the surface rather than an issue with the paint itself.

We can also see that a different primer was used. While this type of product is designed to stabilise problem areas, it isn’t part of our recommended system. Our coatings are formulated to work with our own primer to ensure correct adhesion and moisture management and using an alternative primer can lead to issues like this.

Given the coating has failed in under 9 months, this strongly points to an underlying surface or moisture issue rather than a product fault.

Our customer service team hasn’t heard from you directly, which means we haven’t had the opportunity to look into this with you. If you’re open to it, please get in touch and share a few photos of the wall and surrounding area. We can then review this and help identify what may be causing the issue.
