This is my first experience with your…

This is my first experience with your company and it probably will be the last for the last couple days I've been told by one rep that is in the processing department and it'll be done today and you'll be able to get your car and then I called back later no we need this so then we scrape and give all the paperwork that you need and they say it will be done it's still not done and today is the fourth day and I had called not an hour before you close and they said it will be done today and you can get your car guess what nobody calls me nobody calls the dealership and I call and you're closed horrible horrible customer service

"STAY AWAY"

Tried to cancel my auto policy on 4 attempts with Empire Auto Protect. They kept ignoring my requests. I had a 30 day cancellation policy which they refused to honor. Rep said my reason wasn't good enough to cancel. Later another said " It would be a day or two to cancel." After 3 days, still no sent confirmation. Said to wait 3 more days. Stalling tactics. I never had issues with canceling other reputable companies before. I could only imagine if I had to submit a claim! My suggestion, STAY AWAY!

Well when I called to check rates your people charged my card and I had told the guy numerous times that I was only checking rates that I was not ready to start a plan with you guys so he insisted that I give him my debit card so they can have it ready if I called back so I did but instead of having it ready when I called back he charged my card without my permission and I would like to speak to a supervisor but I talked to three different people and got hung up on and they were not transfer me to a supervisor and I would like my money back then I would like to cancel my account with you guys because I'm not happy and I don't like being treated that way so if we can resolve this contact me at my email at the above email or you can contact me at 925-812-3035 because I would like a refund it and I would like this canceled cuz I don't want anything to do with your company I'm very unsatisfied. I'll be looking forward to hearing from your supervisor soon thank you

I was told/lied to the dealership…

I was told/lied the to by the company that dealership honored the policy. They don’t and I have messaged the person who sold me the policy because the dealership for my Land Rover does not take the warranty, His name is Michael and I feel taken advantage of/ lied to. I signed up for this policy on 04.07.26. I have been in touch with them four times since, attempting to get this canceled. The reps on the phone act as if this cancellation is a personal matter, it is not a personal matter, I just don't feel comfortable doing business with them. Initially they charged me for for 2 policies or twice for the same policy, and I can not get a commitment they will send my money back,
