Emporiqa is the AI chatbot that closes sales for online stores. It works like a good salesperson on the shop floor. A shopper types something like "a gift for my dad who likes cooking, under 50" or "running shoes for flat feet, wide fit," and instead of a search page with 200 results or none, Emporiqa recommends the specific products that match, explains why they fit, handles objections on price or fit, suggests a variation when the shopper hesitates, and walks them to checkout without leaving the chat. Every answer comes only from the store's own synced products and policies, never from the open internet. That means Emporiqa will not invent a product, quote a price that does not exist, or make up a shipping or return rule. When it is not confident, it says so and hands the conversation to the store's team with the full history, rather than guessing. Store owners can review every conversation on their dashboard. In a single chat, Emporiqa can find a product, compare two options side by side, answer a shipping or return question from the store's own pages, check an order status, and pass a hard case to a human. Shoppers can also search by photo: they upload an image and Emporiqa finds the matching or closest item in the catalog. It works in 65+ languages, so a store can serve international shoppers without running a separate bot for each market. It installs as a native plugin on WooCommerce (WordPress), Magento, PrestaShop, Drupal Commerce, and Sylius, with a webhook API for any other platform. An analytics dashboard shows which conversations led to purchases, the revenue attributed to chat, the products shoppers ask about most, and satisfaction ratings, so owners can see it working rather than take it on faith. Pricing is pay-as-you-go: no monthly base fee, $0.25 per conversation, with $25 of signup credit (about 100 conversations) and no card required to start.
