Empower Financial Network Opiniões

Elijah’s customer service is amazing ! He was straight to the point, informative and friendly.

The young man was empathetic, polite, understanding and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions. He made me feel better about being in such a predicament at 65 years old. He seemed to genuinely care!

I thanked him for the spiritually uplifting interaction given my humiliation for finding myself in this predicament. Absolutely top level service. As a “C suite executive” for much of my career, I recognize great customer service, and he delivered it. He represented your company in the way I always wanted my frontline staff to treat consumers!!!

Tony Taranto, was very professional and patient representative. He answered every question I had concerning the details I did not understand. I would and will recommend him to anyone I know who's interested in this process. Thanks Tony

Steve Robayo was the gentleman who contacted me while I was looking for assistance with debt. At one point, I was getting very overwhelmed; he just had an awesome calming nature and his voice ensured me what we were talking about, was sincere. This helped me get through being overwhelmed. He was very good at answering questions in a different way if I didn’t understand something. He made sure I knew everything thoroughly before I agreed to the program I appreciate his assistance and I appreciate this company having such an awesome employee.

Kristine, was very informative and took her time explaining the entire process.

Cristina was very friendly and professional

In my first experience about speaking to anyone about my financial difficulty with debts I was so fortunate to speak with Freddie Artuz. He was so patient with discussing my financial debt and spent more than 3 hours on the phone with me so I could fully understand how the program works - for the present and also for long term. Since the first phone contact, Freddie promptly returns my phone calls and is readily available to help me with any concerns or questions I have.

Alex was amazing at explaining everything I asked. His knowledge and expertise were awesome.

Cassandra at Empower was absolutely WONDERFUL! I was certainly glad that she was the one that took my call because she had a world of patience and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. I wish all companies had someone like Cassandra. She had a very friendly attitude and NO pressure. She listened carefully to my questions and responded intelligently to make sure that I understood everything clearly. In a word she was Magnificent!! BTW, she never requested that I write a review for her as I initiated the request. Aside to her MGMT: She deserves a promotion!

Mrs Coffee is very knowledgeable about her job. She is very professional and helpful. That’s for helping me out.

All was explained! My questions answered! And I feel like I wasn't being dragged along thevway
