Diabolical service
Never kept up to date
Charged me extra due to them not being available to turn up to court for me
They add extra costs wherever they can for whatever they can
I got rid of my solicitor from here and they charged me 9 days extra after this
The head solicitor that took my case charges full fees and gets her assistant or apprentice to do it while she’s on holiday doing nothing spending thousands of pounds you’ve paid them

Very good and friendly
Although the conveyancing process took longer than our expectations the service was very good and friendly. Emsleys kept us up to date at the various stages and were helpful in pitting the required information packs together.
