I honestly had a terrible experience…

I honestly had a terrible experience with Namshi.

I placed an order almost two weeks ago and it never arrived. During this time I contacted customer service multiple times and clearly explained that I was traveling soon and needed the order urgently. Every time I called, I was told that a complaint was raised and someone would look into it — but nothing actually happened.

Since I still didn’t receive the order, I sent a follow-up email asking about the status of my shipment. Instead of providing a solution, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled.

When I called to understand what happened, I was told that the shipment was lost. I explained that I no longer had time and asked if the order could be delivered the next day. The response I got was that the items are now out of stock.

So after two weeks of waiting, multiple calls, and a follow-up email from my side, the solution was simply to cancel my order because no one was able to fix the issue?

This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff I dealt with were extremely unhelpful and seemed completely unable to take any real action. I’m honestly shocked that management allows this level of service.

Do they realize that their employees are driving customers away and cancelling orders just because they don’t know how to handle a problem?

Very disappointing experience. This will definitely be my last time ordering from Namshi.

The worst experience. No refund of money!

I returned the missing item immediately on 3 December 2025, but to this day I have not received my refund. I was later told the delivery person failed to register the return at the warehouse.
Since then, I receive weekly calls with the same empty updates, as if from robots, while my money is still being held. This situation is entirely due to their poor management.
I am deeply disappointed and have lost all trust in this company. Keeping a customer’s money for your own mistake is unacceptable. I would never recommend this app.

They sell the unavailable product and…

They sell the unavailable product and add your money to the app's own wallet without your consent. They add branded products among the poor quality brand's own products (ginger) and put unrealistic cheap prices. Moreover, with the lie of same day delivery. Then they don't deliver the branded product to you and delay you for 48 hours. Then they cancel it, thus stealing your money and getting rid of the garbage products they have.I used this app once and now I'm trying to get my money back. Never use this app, it is not real! They are deceiving!

I do not recommend this app

I do not recommend this app, and I regret ordering from this store. My first order was a disaster; they delivered it to the wrong address. The agent I spoke with initially claimed the item was delivered and received, failing to understand that I hadn’t received it at all. It took her a while to grasp my issue. Since then, I’ve been following up, but they keep saying it’s escalated and that the concerned team will call me. I urgently need this resolved, as I’m leaving soon and ordered these items to take home. I requested a refund instead of waiting for the item, as I know it will take time. I’m not even sure if they’ve found the item. If I receive the refund, I could place another order, but they don’t seem to understand this. Instead, they’re dragging out the issue and allowing the customer to suffer because of the dispatcher’s mistake. I would understand if I had made an error, but I clearly provided my address correctly. Scammers!

Worst Experience

I ordered two items from Namshi and received 1 item and an empty box. I called them and raised a complaint. They told me to wait for 3 days and after 3 days they told me that they will replace the empty box and have to wait for another 2 days. Then finally someone called that I will receive the item shortly. The delivery guy came to deliver the item but he was asking for the return item, how can I return the item that I didn’t received!? So I called Namshi and they said we cannot give you the item and raised another complain and have to wait for another 2 days. Are you kidding me!? I asked if I can talk to the manager and they said NO, they will call you back in maybe 3 hours. So up until now I haven’t received the item. Worst experience ever. I highly don’t recommend Namshi at all!

I ordered 3item and it was paid already and it was already deducted at my card then suddenly they cancelled my 2 item coz they said it was not available in their warehouse. how it possible that they will post it into their wall and they never mentioned that out-of-stock....

I don't personally have any experience…

I don't personally have any experience with this so-called online shopping website, but I've been around people who have experienced an issue with them, and they are the worst maybe more. I think u should work on your customer service and the scripts u give to repeat them as robots. Dealing with a machine is much easier. you deserve less than a star, less than a
minus star :'). stay like this and you will lose all of whatever u think u have. Have a wonderful and sweet day :)

Very bad shopping experience with them

I will never advice anyone to deal with them. If there was rating less than one star or even a minus star I will rate them with minus. The shopping is very annoying with them especially for returning items or replacing items. I had a smaller size shoe and I made a replacement request for a larger size, first they asked me to go to a shipping company to send it and thus was unaccepted they had to do this by their team not by me, they received the replaced shoe for more than 10 days and till now, more than 20, days since I asked for the new replaced shoe It still in their store pending and i did not receive it. I contacted with their customer services and made more than 7 complaints regarding this and up to now no actual response. I tried to refund I was surprised that they will not send me the whole amount of my money and they will send only the shoe price without the shipping fees. This is a very bad company and their shipping, refunding and returning policies are very bad, slow and complicated. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them, this is the first and it will be the last time to deal with them.
