Edited review- My order took a long time to arrive. I was sent a review request before my order had been shipped. This prompted contact from the shipper who then informed me there was a stock issue. It would have been a better customer experience to have known this, instead of being left to wonder if this was an online scam.
When I eventually received the item, it had a slight chip between the adjoining crystals (chakra moon).
Overall, the customer service would be better with improved communication and a quality check prior to shipping. Unfortunately, this experience hasn’t filled me with confidence to place an order again. I do however wish Endless Guidance success with their business.

Helpful customer service and resolved my concern about delivery as I had forgotten it was a busy bank holiday and that is why it hadn't arrived earlier.

Slight delay on a recent order however quick response to query to apologise...recent product order came quiclky & lovely product.

Ordered 2 pens, paid for next day delivery £5.50 shipping. Total £31.50 but havn't received them yet. Did online tracking but had automated message saying order awaiting fulfillment. Emailed to ask about delivery date but no reply. However, I did have a very nice reply via Facebook messenger with an apology. It appears the bank holiday caused a back log and I have been assured my order is on it's way tomorrow.

2 weeks to dispatch my item, not great

I was quite disappointed with the presentation pack as it didn’t in any way resemble the picture I bought the set from. The box is very flimsy, stuffed with shredded paper and the crystals, whilst protected in bubble wrap were loose. I was also expecting a card that describes the qualities of the crystals I have bought but that isn’t included either. As this is a present I have had to buy a presentation case and create a description of contents.
So, whilst the crystals are fine, their presentation leaves a lot to be desired.

The parcel took longer than i anticipated.
The items were lovely, but not as big as i had hoped.
One item was broken (glass candle) i guess in transit, so could be packed with a bit more bubble wrap maybe ?
this was the reasoning for not giving 5 stars.

I ordered a clear quartz cluster, a clear quartz 6cm crystal point and a Crown mandala suncatcher. 2 of the 3 products I ordered were as expected and the prices very reasonable, apart from the mini suncatcher, if it was slightly bigger it would've been worth £8.99. Delivery was as expected. The suncatcher was meant to come with a swing tag providing information about the Crown Chakra, but it didn't. Not a big deal as I know but would've been interesting to see what is written. It would've been nice to have something long to hang the suncatcher from.
