I purchased a Nature's Symphony bouquet in Rainbow Pride and I am in love! The colours are so vibrant, I can't believe these aren't fresh flowers. I bought this instore at the Trafford Centre in Manchester and was served by a lovely woman who was really helpful. I was quite indecisive but she advised me on exactly which theme was right for me and the style of my house. I'll definitely be back!

Bought a rose for sister online. Having waited ages for delivery, which was firstly in mind way overpriced, but hey I couldn't go out and get one, so had to put up. When it did finally arrived it was damaged and had no scent. Their "unique" "business plan"

Customer service was, ow well buy the scent spray then it will smell nice! Or take it in to a shop and they will spray it! 70 miles away and in a pandemic lockdown really.

Although they are pretty and smell nice (not my sisters one) which is what first got me the cons outweigh the pros. Will not buy from again.

I have purchased the Diamond Eloquent items for my wife’s birthday as I wanted something really bespoke and quality before quantity. The product is absolutely fabulous, top quality and I really appreciated the attention for details. Also the customer service team was spot on and provided me with the requested update. I definitely recommend the company and their products.

I passed 1 of their shops in the bullring yesterday and decided to have a look. I koved the sweetheart rose which was £160 . I decided to go with that but what changed my mind was the girls wanted to charge me an EXTRA £15 because I wanted the box that the case goes in instead of a fancy bag..waht ak absolute pisstake.youbarr spending over £100 and they want to charge you more than 10% of the product pr9ce for a piece of cardboard to pit it in.. absolutely robbibg ba*****ds

Beautiful products in a beautiful store... Staff are super friendly and take the time to walk through the concept - roses that can last a few years or even a lifetime. Great selection of colour and styles which is not offered by different companies - Endura definitely has a loyal customer here!

I have purchased the everlasting roses from Endura numerous times for different occasions and can definitely say that Im really pleased about the quality and the beauty of the products. Also the customer service is always very helpful and responsive.

The shop was sooo attractive I had to visit! When I walked in I was greeted by some lovely staff and was shown the amazing range. All products were sooo amazing and had that special touch to them! I had to purchase a flower, they were just soo pretty❤💕❤💕😍🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! One of the worst companies to deal with! They initially didn’t send the rose, biggest regret was not just taking the refund then (although I am sure I would still be waiting for it) after many many attempts to find out where the rose was finally they admitted their mistake and resent it, turned up it was the wrong one and broken after several more emails, Facebook messages, live chats and phone calls they agreed on a refund, we sent it back still no refund, now they won’t answer emails or messages again! This started in July it’s nearly October...

I ordered 6 arrangements from Endura in May this year in memory of my mum who sadly passed away in March. I wanted each one of my siblings to have something unique in our own households to remember her by as she was an avid gardener and this appeared to be a perfect choice. I spoke to Awais at Endura who was absolutely fantastic in helping me make the correct choice during a very difficult time for me and my family. Everything arrived within 3 days of making the order and were hand delivered to me from Manchester (I live in London) beautifully gift wrapped and boxed.
I also ordered another 4 different arrangements as wedding presents for 2 of my nieces and also gifts for some friends. All I can say that everyone was blown away by the sheer elegance and beauty of these roses. Thanks again to Endura and in particular Awais who went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect and it truly was.

Had my rose over a year now and it’s still just as gorgeous. Beautiful, elegant products. Thank you.

Its a Rip Off, Stay Well Away. Paid nearly £200 for a rose with express shipping and now 2 weeks nothing being delivered. Very rude customer service and lots of silly excuses, dpd broke your vase, sorry deliver your order by mistake somewhere else, courier has no tracking number, STILL NO SIGN OF MY ORDER. Issue never resolve by Manager T, Supervisor M or Owner A
