Excellent experience. Called on a Thursday for EPC, EICR, Gas safety certificate, boiler service arranged for all to be done on Friday afternoon. Polite, respectful tradesmen who took of their shoes. Took 3 days for the reports to be produced. Responsive on the telephone, reasonable & transparent prices, no attempts to upsell.

We had a brilliant service from Daniel Pina, Director @ Energy Performance Solutions Ltd. We needed a new EPC completed as soon as possible in order to put our house on the market. He came the next day and carried out the survey thoroughly. Daniel was incredibly polite, considerate and knowledgeable. He delivered on what he promised, providing the new EPC within a few days. He only asked for payment once the EPC was ready to send through and provided it immediately on payment.

The service is very competitively priced and I would suggest, as a seller, much better to go to this independent company rather than paying for an estate agency to organise, as it is easy and more cost-effective to do yourself.
