We have been hounded by various representatives from this company since September. Despite repeated requests to remove us from their calling list the persist in calling my home, asking for a person who does not live here. I have attempted to use the BT nuisance caller service and blocking their known number but they just call from a different number. I am honestly at my wits end. The last time they called I ended up screaming down the phone. Sadly I expect another call any day now.

Approached by the organisation to help change Both Electricity and Gas Contracts on renewal for our Village Hall. Ranish was very helpful & very efficient, especially he was very quick to respond and very helpful during the process,

He was knowledgeable regarding the market and was able to provide a range of options which were relevant, helpful and well explained. Our business was cold called by this company, who lied to try and get through to the MD, didn't follow cold calling guidelines, and were incredibly rude to the member of the team who took the call. They used deceitful techniques to try and win business. Avoid these scammers at all costs!

I have been dealing with Sam Patel from Energy Prices Direct for a number of years and he has secured great deals for our gas and electricity supplies each time. Earlier this year Sam was encouraging us to get a new deal signed promptly but I wanted to wait - which he respected. The tariff we will go onto later this year will save our church a lot of money.

Totally and utterly useless, for weeks I have been trying to contact someone about a scam in their name. The receptionist always takes my name and number but no one returns your call. I even sent an email to complaints asking someone to contact me, nothing!

Excellent Customer Service. Lilly very professionally navigated the transfer of our energy services to another supplier. She was also extremely polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for her to undertake to ensure a smooth transition.
