It’s is the biggest scam ever

It’s is the biggest scam ever! I have done 2 exams and failed both when I know I passed the second one.They refuse to give me the results with the answers so I could get it checked as they are saying my mark was like 4 when I questioned it got told I had to wait for a result as I was now suspended as they thought I was cheating but already gave me a result.I then got a picture of a letter sent saying my results will be giving in due course then was told there not re marking it.I have asked for the result and they won’t give it to me, I know I got a higher score as 3 of the calculation questions which were 4 marks each I know I passed and they refusing to show me the paper!! SCAM SCAM SCAM don’t use them they are shit and so rude

We want to clarify that the Functional Skills exam questions are not available to candidates as they are considered live examinations. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the assessment process. However, we did assist you by providing a detailed breakdown of your marking for all your exams, which we hope helped clarify your results.

We would also like to emphasize that we are not a scam company. We have been conducting examinations for private candidates for 17 years and have thousands of happy customers who have successfully completed their assessments with us. Additionally, we offer a range of qualifications, including:

Functional Skills
GCSEs
International GCSEs
A Levels
Science Practical Endorsements

Exam service and customer service is poor

Exam service is poor, £150 for the online exams which is entirely automated with zero communication or guidance. If the recording drops out your exam will be invalidated by the exam board and you’ll only find out about it when they forward the letter on to you along with a stock email and your results. A bit rubbish when your £150 is now down the drain, you require another exam to be booked but you have to wait 10 to 14 days to receive your results to even find that out, and there is a 9 day wait for exams.

Update:
I have spoken to customer service, after they have taken your money it is then out of their hands, they will not be held responsible or try to help in any way. Please be aware of this, you book at your own risk, you will lose your money should your internet connection drop out, I was not warned of this before or after booking.
