Despite a slight delay in the exam schedule, everything else proceeded smoothly. Their phone support is also commendable.

Apart from been delayed a bit on the exam date. Very other things went very well. There phone response is also good.

They do what they promise: answer the phone when you need them ir come back to you any time to respond to any queries.
At the test centre: you are welcomed by a polite staff who puts you in comfort and encouraging you to not to worry about the test just to be confident. Very grateful for the experience.

Very good experience at the SELT test centre in Liverpool . Staff were professional friendly and well organised. I passed my A2 test first time.

Easy to book and staff were available and helpful. First booking was delayed but I don't think we read the terms well enough so maybe our fault.

The experience on the site was good.the staffwas friendly and helpful. There was a problem with receiving the confirmation of the attendance to the test. Also there was delay with the receiving of the result of the test. Regardless these problems I am pleased with the positive result.
