Good Service, the order is coming complet..

Excellent service. Great range or products at reasonable prices.

I placed an order totalling more than CHF 200 back in March and received an e-mail confirmation requesting pre-payment by TWINT, which I immediately sent and received a further confirmation that my order was now being "prepared for dispatch". Nearly three months later, there is still no sign of any goods being delivered, nor any response whatsoever to my subsequent e-mails over the past six weeks. Only two explanations are possible: either extremely shoddy customer service or - as I am increasingly coming to suspect, not least in light of other recent reviews posted here - outright fraudulent trading. Accordingly, I have reported the matter to the relevant authorities (including the police) - but I honestly hold out little hope now of ever seeing either the goods or my money. Avoid this "firm" at all costs.

Ich habe meine Bestellung im Februar aufgegeben. Jetzt ist Juni und ich habe immer noch nichts erhalten. Letzte Woche habe ich die Geduld verloren und ihnen per E-Mail mitgeteilt, dass ich sie wegen Betrugs anzeigen werde, wenn ich weder eine vollständige Rückerstattung noch eine Versandbestätigung erhalte.

Diese Woche erhielt ich eine E-Mail, in der es hiess, sie hätten mir CHF 12.60 zurückerstattet, obwohl der Gesamtwert meiner Bestellung CHF 75.10 betrug, ohne weitere Erklärung warum.

Falls jemand aus dem Unternehmen dies liest, die Bestellnummer ist #3375

2 months waiting for an order and I am still waiting with no replies to my emails. Don't trust this site. I would prefer pay extra elsewhere than to these guys. Pathetic!

For my sins, this is my second time using this shit shower - only because I can't find other stockists in Europe of Proper Job beer - hence they get 1 star for that. Order placed April 9th. May 17th now and still waiting. I'll NEVER use them again and will discourage others from doing so.

After almost 2 month no info about the shipping. Called UPS, but they told me that they've never reiceved any packet. Simply a scam

Update: the order arrived on June 5th. After months of waiting and emails with Max, I finally received the order

I made an order 5 months ago but I have not resieved anything yet. I wrote my second e-mail to them 10 days ago but they do not reply. Do not order from this company.

Great to have a reliable delivery of some much sought after Easter treats!

Am 16.08.2024 habe ich diverse Artikel bestellt und bezahlt. Die Lieferung kam nicht an. Ich hatte mehrfach per E-Mail nachgefragt. Einmal sogar telefoniert auf +41 22 548 19 64, wo mir versprochen wurde, der Sache nachzugehen. Es ist wieder nichts passiert. Keine Artikel keine Rückzahlung. Heute habe ich erneut telefonieren wollen, aber die Telefonnummer ist nicht mehr in Betrieb. Ich habe erneut eine E-Mail geschickt.

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. The waiting time was an unacceptable three months, and even then, I didn't receive the full order. The tins were dented, and the expiry date was October 2025, which makes me suspect I received old products. Dealing with this company is not worth the trouble. They are unresponsive to status inquiries, nearly impossible to reach by phone, and when they do reply, their communication is unfriendly and unhelpful.

Made an order on the 21st of January. Got some of it on March 13th—no reply to emails or calls. This place is the worst ever. Do not order from here

Ordered on 1st of February, still waiting today.... No answer to emails regarding a refund.

Stay clear of this company, if you can call it that.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering with them. Worst experience ever!!!

I only received a small part of my order, one of the items had expired already, and the order arrived too late. I am still waiting for the rest of my order (been close to 3 months now). They do not respond to emails and just ignore you.

Again, do not order here it will be a waste of money and nerves.

Such a shame, I really wanted my Quorn products. I have been waiting since 6 January and nothing arrived? I finally spoke to Max on 1 February. He was so helpful and assured me the goods would arrive. However, I have called numerous times and emailed and not one response! Zero for customer service
I have now requested a refund and my bank are investigating..

Pure scam, no answer by mail, nothing delivered.

update: extreme long delivery but order was delivered successfully after months, complete, with all products largely still withing best to eat date.

UPDATE: Was contacted a few days ago with them asking to make amends. Now I see a comment here which does not mention the delays, missing items, no communication, and when some did arrive, it was out of date! Appears to be a play down on the whole situation.

Total Scam!

Stay clear from them. They are quick enough to take your money but absolutely terrible at communicating. Only received half my order, other half been waiting nearly 8 weeks. No response to emails but Managed to reach someone by phone who assured me it will be sorted, now when you call, the first few times was an answering machine but now after a few rings you get the message that the number is no longer connected. Reported to Swiss Consumer Protection and I have also started money collection process via legal means!

Super friendly and is able to source specific items requested.

Avoid like the plague !!
This company is a scam and I will be reporting them to the police. Ordered on Nov1st , payment taken straight away , I have since been sending them numerous emails as nothing has been delivered yet …. Called earlier this week , I was told that my order was ready to be sent and I should receive an update and my order very soon. Of course no update whatsoever as yet and no order received. I doubt I will ever receive anything… Will try to chase for a refund yet but not being very hopeful. They are plain liars and scammers . So frustrated I put my confidence in this company!

Incomplete order took nearly 2 months to be delivered and still no refund for the missing items!!! They also often don't answer your emails (and I only sent them reminders once a week and was always polite :o). Extremely frustrating experience, never again!!!
