Engraveink made the entire process of ordering and receiving this ink a very easy process. This was highly important to me since everything else going on around me afterosing my husband was such high stress.

So far I’m very impressed! I haven’t used the ink yet because my appointment is in October but everything else has been great! They even returned the unused ashes which I was surprised by but thankful for!

The whole experience was wonderful. From the ease of use of the website to the delivery of the product. I especially appreciated the explanation of the process and the care they put into tracking the transfer of the ashes.

My wife of 37 years had recently passed and I was looking for a way to memorialize her that I could carry with me the rest of my days. Searching the internet I found that tattoo ink could be mixed with the ashes of a loved one. Engrave Ink was highly recommended and I can see why. I emailed them several times with questions, concerns, timeline etc. Alison S at Engrave Ink responded quickly. She was informative and knowledgeable but more importantly, she was kind and compassionate. I ordered my kit and the entire process was efficient and timely with notifications during the entire process.
They emailed me on shipping and receipt of my kit, when processing was completed, and return shipping with tracking information. All of the ashes I had sent weren't needed for the one bottle of ink I had ordered and they were returned with the ink. I am very glad I found Engrave Ink as I will be able to carry my beloved wife with me. I highly recommend Engrave Ink and will use their services again if my tattoo ever needs touchup or I decide upon another memorial tattoo.

Great company to work with. Every time I reached out, they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. The process takes time, which is a really good thing. Just make sure you allow yourself a cushion between ordering the ink and booking your tattoo.

I love the fact that this service is available. I haven't used the ink yet, so I can't speak to the quality of the product. The service was reasonable and quick, and I appreciated that the unused ashes were returned with the ink bottle. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and with respect for my loved one.

I wrote to the company wanting their service. I got no response. I emailed them again and still go no response. For a professional lab with real business hours, they don't seem to care to respond or get new customers. In the only reply I've ever gotten from them, which was through this review and still not replying to my email, they are claiming I'm not in their system but I have screenshots of the email, but I can't post them here. First they would t answer me and now they are lying about me to look better on reviews. Absolutely pathetic.

Now they want me to contact them as if I still wanted or trusted their services. Then they lie again and say they don't have any messages in their system. At first, this was sad, then it got pathetic, but now they are lying about their lies, lying about a potential customer but then acting as if they can make it right. How can they make anything right if they never did anything wrong to start with? why would I want their service when they keep infering I'm lying? Why would they want to make anything right with a customer who they claim is accusing them of something they never did? The average 5yo could look at this and know something ain't right, hence why I'm keeping my review up and visible for anyone to see.

Very communicative about the process! Sent back what couldn’t be processed for the ink and I received it back in a timely manner.

I appreciate and deeply value the ease of process and when returned, all of her unused ashes were returned to her urn and nothing stuck in the bottle. I lost nothing extra. Thank you from the bottom of my heart… I can’t wait to use it!

Customer Service is very easy to work with. Responds to inquiries right away. Treats you with respect and dignity and is very very careful with their products. They explain the processes very good and even give references/credentials for your tattoo artist, if needed.

I am completely satisfied with the product but not with the communication . And maybe some real life photos of the magic.

The process was exceptionally easy and quick. The communication throughout was top notch. The care and concern of the staff when dealing with your loved one is amazing!!

Shipped promptly once hit was ordered. Upon return of kit with my loved ones ashes they communicated receipt and an estimated delivery date. When the ink was completed, shipped back with unused ashes with signature required. Overall a great experience.

I was really nervous sending ashes, as I'm sure you get. I have to say they made this as painless as it can be and it really feels like they care. The remaining ashes were returned to me and the ink is really high quality. I'm so appreciative that this service exists because typical ash inclusion to ink does not really work.
