Have been placing orders since 2017 and have made around 25 in total.... all received fairly quickly and in excellent condition! My last order placed April 2025 I received within 10 days to the UK (including the weekends) on the cheapest shipping option.

Shipping costs a bit more than usual for China but its the only place I am able to buy the goods I want ...and shopping from China is a lot cheaper than the UK! I have never had to pay a customs fee either!

Website could do with being updated though and I sometimes get worried when placing an order with how outdated it is i.e. it still says copyright 2011-2017 at the bottom of the screen! ..but I have never had a problem.

Highly recommend overall!

To my surprise I see many negative experiences here...

I've been using Engtb for years and years and I never had any issues. Tracking numbers are always correct, packages always arrive and if something is out of stock, refunds are issued almost instantly.

Communication can be a bit quicker indeed... but seeing as everything is always resolved, I never worry.

All in all... I'd really recommend engtb. (And no, I don't work for them, nor did they ask me to write a review)

Trying to get a refund on the over $78.00 Dollars in my account , might as well Wee in the wind, no response and no money. Use someone else

Some time ago I made 2 orders with my credit card and they not only did they not send them, but they did not return the money to my account. If they knew I could not send the products, why did they take the money?
The 2 orders having ID 42434 and 42435

I saw the mixed reviews and decided to give EngTB a try anyway; and i was pleasantly surprised!

Prices were very competitive, both in service fees and shipping fees, definitely among the best i found. There's no sneaky second payments or hidden costs from what i've experienced, which is a blessing.

I've had a positive experience with customer service too, my emails were replied to within a couple days, and the site has a Note feature where each side can ask/answer questions about that particular order.
Came in very handy for pre-orders where they wanted to check i was happy with the item's full price and release date.

Shipping WAS considerably slow as some reviews mentioned, but i've never been one to prioritise speedy delivery so this didn't bother me much (also i don't know how much the current pandemic played into this). My items still arrived safely, all well packaged--no oversized boxes!

While you do have to ask for the photos of your items even if you check the option, i've found this is common with a lot of proxies. A neutral point, but sth to remember if you choose to shop with them.

From my personal experience i've found EngTB to be a pretty good service and definitely recommend; it has its pros and cons but it depends on what is important to you (Cost vs. Speed) ^^

Engtaobao is good in the fase of the order, but very slow in shipping out your items . it is 2 days I am waiting for the shipping of a parcel with DHL hoping to receive it soon. Other agents are faster and I prefer them

I've placed five orders through them and I've received all five orders.

Bad experience. ordered good not available. After making an order and payment for the order they informed me that the product is out of stock, but they that had never refunded the money. They kept my money on their account under the name "balance" It means that I can use the money for next shopping but I dont want to make any other purchase with them. It is a scam! they will force you to shop again with them. If not they will steal your money.

Several orders were shipped and suddenly this agent stoppped shipping. Engtaobao started to report FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS and stoppped shipping. I waited for 10 days and nothing was shipped. Some products are still and his warehouse. This service stole my money and my products !!!!

Steal at the weight, they charge above and the weight is less!!!
I recommend do not buy from this site

Shipping prices and calculatiiions which apparently include there fee's make no sense. They have added on about a 10% hidden charge on top of their displayed fee. Do not use this importer.

Bad and good things about engtaobao

Bad-
-gets shipping weight wrong alot. They only get the shipping weight right when i order several items,
-Takes 4-5 days to ship out a item

Good-
good thing is they pack the items very carefully.
always choose the right item/color
will refund if they choose wrong shipping, or items gets damaged.

Ordered what I wanted, they quickly got it in stock (or so they say), ordered shipment, and they claim to have done so.

Several months later, and I have been forced to have my card-provider return the money. I have received nothing, and when I have mailed them about it, all I get is "don't worry, we'll check!" - and then nothing...

Scammers and fraudsters are the nicest words I can find think of...

Levering sker efter 2 måneder, selvom aftalt levering var højest 10 dag, nægter jeg modtagelse. Jeg har stadig ikke fået mine penge retur. Hold jer langt væk.
