They do what you say without any help. Every suggestion or question answer is: "We can do that" - with no details or explanations. !7 People was in contact to open a company and settle basic things, all of them answering next day if you are lucky. You need to chase for an answers. They do not support, they make problems.
I believe they have too many customers for one person, which puts attention level to zero. Very very low service quality. To cancel services another epic story. No replies from "info" email either. A week passed, still no replies from anyone if my services is cancelled. My personal suggestion - avoid.
