Great and Unique Service

I used Enverge to evaluate a Spark before I buy one. I'm not sure there are other services like this but I couldn't find one. This was the only service that provided a bare metal DGX Spark instance.

The onboarding was quick and simple, and was put in a waiting queue (~24 hours) before I got an instance. I spent a little over 48 hours running all my evaluations.

It was a breeze and thanks to Enverge, I was able to evaluate an actual Spark remotely before I could buy.

Even though I had a problem with the payment early on, the founder was very helpful and got it resolved at odd hours, so that I can continue with my work.

For people looking to evaluate, I 100% recommend Enverge.

Easy to use but long wait

Easy to use but long wait

I waited for 30 days for an instance of GB10.
A bit pricey to keep it 24/7.
They're adding capacity, so availability should improve.
Daily billing. Great customer service contact.

Offers DGX Spark but no availability

Offers DGX Spark but no availability - they only tell you that after you try and launch an instance. Then they make you pre-book a slot at premium rate.

Thank you for your review and for being one of our first customers.

Sorry for the low availability, once we launched we had much more demand than we expected. Since then, we have been increasing the number of GPUs consistently to meet demand.

The pre-booking feature you mentioned was a request from users who offer to pay 10% more to reduce the waiting time and guarantee a date when they would get access to the Spark.

Today, this feature is called reserve and it is only available for booking from 1 to 5 days, users who need it for longer or less time still need to use the general availability. It is limited and it might not be for everyone, less than 3% of our Sparks are in reserve.

We are dedicated to improve the experience for users. This month we launched a start-up script, which allows you to add a script that runs automatically once your Spark is ready. This was also a user request to make the most of the machine in case it becomes available when you are not online.
