I've had an exceptional experience with Envio Rentals. I hired a 360 degree camera for a week to capture a professional quality virtual tour. The camera arrived swiftly and communication from the team to keep me updated along the way was superb. Using the device was effortless, with absolutely everything I needed inside the box. The returns procedure was faultless, too. I was able to achieve all that I wanted for a fraction of the cost of buying a Insta360 camera outright. I needed an efficient way to digitize old family photos, and renting the Epson Scanner was the perfect solution. The scanner was fast and easy to use, and Envio Rentals delivered it right on time. Returning it was completely hassle free, too. I'm extremely happy with the whole process!

Hired a Starlink Mini. Process was generally straightforward and support were very responsive when I had a small issue, resolving it remotely which was great. The Starlink also came with a large battery bank included in the price which other suppliers didn't, and the price was very competitive. Delivery and returns was also easy. Envio Rentals would be the first place I'd go if I needed to hire a Starlink again.

My experience with a scanner rental from Envio was amazing. Everything worked as planned, and it made the process of scanning hundreds of family photos quick and painless. Both service and communication were excellent. I would highly recommend Envio for anyone needed a scanner rental.

Envio had exactly the service I needed--I had boxes of family photos in need of digitization, but I didn't need to own a photo scanner myself. The equipment worked perfectly, and Envio made it easy to receive and return.

Very simple delivery and collection service. Unit packaging robust. Program and scanning was a breeze with a manual easily installed. Copied really well with all sizes, shapes and ages of the photos. Would highly recommend.

A lot of negatives took about 1 minute and more depending on the exposure of the film.
The scanning programme was excellent as I was able to control the density and colour of the scanned print.
I will use the scanner again rather than sending my negatives to a company to scan as it was so easy to use.

Hiring kit can be nerve wracking. This was easy and straightforward. The hiring, delivery, and return were simple processes. The scanner worked very well (lots of online videos to help). Envio prompt the return process which was good. So simple, straightforward and faff free. And value for money!

I cannot recommend Envio Rentals more highly.

I hired a Plustek 8300i negative scanner (one of the latest generation scanners by Plustek) because I have several hundred negatives that for several years I had wanted to digitise and back up, in case of a ‘doom and gloom’ scenario. Over the years, I had somehow managed to lose the printed photographs for those negatives.

Initially I had intended to buy a negative scanner and was looking for one that would give high quality results. After researching, a Plustek scanner was top of the list. However, I was reluctant to buy a scanner because I knew it would end up looking sad sat on my shelf collecting dust after I had finished using it. I also considered sending my negatives to a company that offers digitising services but the amount quoted was about the same price as buying the scanner. So I ended up putting off digitising the negatives.

Then last month, after a request from a family member, I started creating a wall canvas using Photoshop. This involved using photos taken before digital cameras existed. However, I found that scanning printed photos produced a poor result when enlarging. Therefore, I needed a negative scanner to scan the negatives for better picture quality. This prompted me to go ahead with buying a negative scanner, and this is when I found Envio Rentals that offered the same Plustek scanner for hire as the one that I had intended to buy. It was a no brainer!

The process to book the scanner was very easy and straight forward, and by providing my e-mail address, I received a voucher code for £10 off my first rental. However, there was an issue with delivery caused by a technical glitch at the courier’s end, which I was told had not happened before, and because of the glitch I did not receive the scanner on the first day that it had been booked.

It’s a fact of life that not all things go as planned (I bet you're noding your head slightly up and down!), but the way in which a company deals with situations such as this is very telling about that company. I won’t go into details of how Envio Rentals resolved the issue, but what Envio Rentals did was very unexpected and definitely went above and beyond. My experience is testament that Envio Rentals greatly values its customers; the customer service is second to none. A big thank you to Jack!

I received the scanner the following day and I was advised that my rental period would start from the day I received the scanner.

The scanner was very easy to use, produced great results and it didn’t take long to scan the my negatives, during which time many forgotten and great memories came flooding back whilst looking at the photos! Furthermore, all the negatives are digitised and backed up, I saved £hundreds by hiring the scanner instead of buying, and I still have space on my shelf! Wins all round!

The return process was very straight forward. I received a QR code from Envio Rentals and dropped the scanner off at a drop off point to be collected by the courier. I received e-mail confirmation soon after dropping off the scanner and prompt confirmation from Envio after it had been delivered.

I have had a great experience hiring from Envio Rentals, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire from Envio Rentals again in future.

Save so much time and effort to scan the family photographs that spanned many decades (ie. all shapes and sizes of photos).

The scanner once the software was download was fantastic and very easy to use via laptop, mainly just sorted the photos into sizes and manually adjusted the tray guides to fit them.

The automatic enhancing of photographs worked very well.

No probs on delivery or return of the printer, so well happy and relieved that deteriorating old photo are saved in a digital format for posterity.

Easy from start to finish.

Hired photo scanner for a week to digitise lots of photos. Instructions were in the box with everything well organised.
My only complaint is I don't think the written web links for more detailed instructions are correct. The QR code works fine though.
The scanning was easy and pretty quick - I had set the dpi on high. I had organised most of the photos beforehand.
Packing up and returning was again easy with lots of drop off points.
