Very prompt and very nice service. On time and efficient. Nice person too.

Booked for 4pm yesterday and you cancelled as the chap went off unwell.

You re booked for 10.15am the next day. By 10,45am no one arrived and no phone call to say why. I phoned at 10.45am and was told that he will be there in half an hour. 11.45am no one arrived and I phoned again to be told that you would call the chap and find out when he’ll be here. No return call and at 11.50am he arrived. Terrible service!!!!

The pest control officer explained the whole process, was very friendly and helpful

Great pest control service with many thanks to the wonderful Chris and Darian.

Friendly and informative service with clear next steps.
Now just awaiting confirmation of return visit

A* company fast and affordable

My request was dealt with very efficiently.

Very friendly. Work not carried out yet so can’t really comment on the extent of their work or most important of all the eradication of the bed bugs in my mum’s room.
I’m happy to carry out another review s was hen the work is finished. Christina

Daren was nice, professional, efficient.
He offered advices, explanations and facts about mice.
He suggested to be part of the “4 seasons program” which has never been offered to me by the company when booking my appointment.
A very good service.

Fast and effective. Strongly recommend. Great communication and same day turn around with confidence.

Very good in every way. Highly recommend

Our house being infested with bedbugs was the most stressful, time-consuming and costly inconvenience we have ever suffered.

Thanks to Shaan and the guys, the major cause of our anxieties have now gone.

The process from the get go looked very complicated (if you're not into reading instructions). However, on the day I met Shaan, he was able to thoroughly explain and educate me about the treatment phases and the bed bug life cycle.

Shaan and the team did an amazing job exterminating the pests that we didn't know lived with us. He is very friendly and approachable and provided the best service. He's always prompt and is very good in communicating and planning. I highly recommend Shaan and the team !!
