Good quality stock but my recent order was part refunded with no explanation. Contacted the sales team bit via email and WhatsApp with no response. Apart from bad communication the stock is superb

Normally, when a customer placed order, all the order fulfil and shipped within 48 hrs maximum. We have refunded you on Friday and can take 1-5 working days maximum to clear depending on the payment method.
