Still waiting for my order from November can’t get a refund can anyone help

DO NOT BUY from them! Bought 3 shirts, the quality of them look seriously terrible! The material they used is only good for mopping. When I contacted them they said I can keep it and they will issue me with partial refund, I said I don't want it even for the gardening, it's terrible, so they said send it back for a full refund, but they asked me to send it back to USA, which costs me £30, they said if I want a full refund then I have to send it back to UK, although it came from a UK warehouse. They banned me from their facebook page before I even got a chance to comment on their advert to help anyone and stop them from wasting their money. Trust me, Primark is like Gucci compared to Enzo Cavalli.

I want to correct my earlier negative review. This company responded to my complaint and resolved the issues we had.

They have a return police on their website but you can’t return anything… a big lie is Enzo Fashion 😤

The worst company ever don’t order you will get charged £14.99 for return for something you didn’t want and never mind it has taken a month to arrive it was also the wrong item so I will never get any more from them they don’t even answer emails, thieves making money on unwanted items

Beware, this company has a bogus return policy . Even if you qualify for a refund under special circumstances, you will never get your money back. Sale advertising are misleading, fraudulent and deceitful. Bad business practices.

This is the worst store! I ordered an item on the 27th and paid extra for fast shipping. It is day 9 and I’ve heard nothing til I emailed them a couple days ago. They lost my order or whatever it’s somewhere in this world lost....I just said ok well u can just refund me....nope nothing. I am out 87 dollars and they will not refund my money back and they keep saying “we are aware..... I’ve emAiled plenty of times...in a civil way.....they either don’t respond or they write back “investigating. Omg this crazy place!!!! I will post this everywhere Enzo where is my money???!!

Единствената забележка към тях е, че е необходимо да има по-конкретна информация за повечето продукти, също така публикуват само комантарите, в които се споделя, че харесваш продукта. Останалите коментари, в които просто споделяш, че не си направил добър избор, без ни най-малко да има обиден елемент в коментара, изобщо не биват публикувани. Така, когато има оскъдна информация за продукта, е трудно да се ориентираш и от коментарите. Положителните коментари се публикуват в рамките на 5-10 минути. Като цяло харесвам сайта и ще продължавам да поръчвам козметика от него.
