The staff were really helpful, friendly and made sure I was well looked after throughout the whole process. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable vehicle and good customer service!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Enzo to purchase my new Nissan qashkai. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Unfortunately I’ve had some horrific experiences with other traders. But Enzo and his team were fabulous. The car was delivered on time the lads who delivered were so lovely too. The car was clean and as sold as per description with no issues. I would highly recommend these guys, I live a good 60 miles away from this dealership and they were fabulous, professional and have excellent customer service. As and when the time should arise I will be going back to Enzo for another car on the future. But for now I love the one I bought from them. Well done keep up the good work, there isn’t many dealerships with good service like you guys so 5 stars 🌟 from me! Thank you

Save your money and spend a little more somewhere else.

I bought a Sprinter van from this dealer and was told it had gone through a **“300-point check”** and had received a **fresh service** before delivery . Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

To begin with, the **brake light bulbs weren’t even working**, something that should have been picked up immediately during any proper inspection. When the van was later checked properly, it turned out there was **no cabin filter and no engine air filter installed at all — they were completely non-existent**. These are basic service items, so it really makes you question whether any service was actually done.

The **tyres were barely legal**, and one of them had a **puncture repair done instead of being properly replaced**. I was also told the **brakes were new**, but when inspected the **brake pads were almost completely worn down**, nowhere near what you’d expect if they had recently been replaced.

The overall experience was also very unprofessional. The premises **smelt strongly of weed**, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when you’re spending a lot of money on a vehicle. I was given a delivery date that **changed three different times**, with excuses each time blaming someone else.

The van was eventually delivered **two weeks later than promised at around 10pm**, which is completely unacceptable when you’re trying to run a business.

I’m also **still waiting for the service documents, inspection report, and other paperwork**, and it has now been **over three months**. The only reason I didn’t return the van immediately was because I **desperately needed it for work and would have lost my contracts otherwise**.

Overall, the whole process felt misleading and very poorly handled. I’ve had to spend additional time and money fixing things that should have already been sorted.

**Don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend a little more with a reputable dealer and save yourself the stress, wasted time, and headaches.**

I entered into a remote agreement to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.

The vehicle was never delivered within the repeatedly promised timescales, and additional mechanical issues arose after the agreement which had not been disclosed at the point of sale. As a result, I exercised my legal right to cancel the purchase before ever taking delivery of the vehicle.

Although alternative vehicles were offered, this did not resolve the underlying issues or the delays experienced. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I had to send formal written notice referencing consumer legislation before any meaningful progress was made. My £1,500 deposit has now been refunded; however, this only occurred after considerable effort and escalation on my part.

At the time of writing, the finance brokers are still awaiting the return of the credit from the dealership in order to unwind the finance agreement. This ongoing delay has prevented me from moving forward with the purchase of another vehicle.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing remotely from this dealership to ensure that all representations are confirmed in writing and to be prepared to follow up persistently for updates.

This experience caused unnecessary stress and delay, which could have been avoided with clearer communication and more professional handling.

Bash dealt with my purchase and he was brilliant from day one. He was really patient, explained everything properly, and made sure I was fully happy before going ahead with anything. Communication was spot on and I always knew what was happening with the car and paperwork.
The car itself was exactly what I was looking for — clean, well presented and clearly looked after. The whole place felt professional and trustworthy which made a big difference when buying a used car.
