Their support/ live chat feature is a major reason for why I love EODHD.

Their API is easy and simple to use, along with the structure/ integrity (Some APIs just throw data at you and you are no sure if it's right).

I do think they could change how their credit system works, maybe opting for parts of data and use less credits. But so far I am loving it.

Great Service and Reasonable Pricing. I've been using their bulk APIs and so far not a single problem.

Great service. As a long time customer, EOD has excellent data and more importantly excellent support. We highly recommend their service.

I found EODHD in early 2023 after sampling many different financial data providers, and studying coverage and pricing across these many vendors whose APIs I was trying out. From what I found, EODHD was the best combination of coverage, data quality and price - by a considerable margin in fact. On the point of data quality, I should mention that the couple times I contacted them about data that looked questionable to me, it was my mistake or misunderstanding, and the data was actually fine. Plus for these interactions, as well as for the few times I contacted them with general questions, they always responded pretty much immediately, always very clearly and helpfully.

I have tried many data providers over the years and eodhd is definitely one of the best for many of reasons.

1) Simple and Transparent pricing. Their pricing is clearly displayed. No need to haggle and no need to worry that you are paying more than others.

2) No long term contract. Their contract is only minimum 1 month. If you do not like it for whatever reason, you can stop anytime. All other data providers I previously used had a minimum one year contract. Even before you can fully test their product, you must commit one year. So, I spent lots of time integrating then realized that the data is not of good quality and spent lots of time disintegrating/switching.

3) Good support. Honestly, eodhd data quality while accurate >99% of the time, it is not perfect. However, whenever you notice that, you can simply email their support and it usually get resolved within a few hours. In fact, most of the time, I get a response within 1 hour.

We just moved to EOD from another API provider and I can't speak highly enough about their support. It was a bit confusing at the start but with their help, we managed to get it working in a matter of weeks.

My experience with EODHD began in 2017 when both Yahoo and Google decided to discontinue their services for providing free stock quotes. A MATLAB forum recommended EODHD as a source of high-quality data at the lowest price available and so I gave it a try. It worked great and as a result I grew hungry to include more and more tickers in my personal research into stock prices, correlations, forecasts, and back tests. If a particular ticker was not yet included in EODHD's service, I sent an email to "Kate" at EODHD and the execution of my request reached me so quickly that I suspected Kate could possibly be a "bot." This impression seemed to be confirmed by the fact that I could convey my requests at weekends as well as late in the evening when I must assume that every employee has already been off work for many hours. I decided to find out, and based on her polite and insightful answers, it immediately became clear that Kate is a genuine person who is clearly very committed to her job. I must admit that I admire Kate for her work ethic, and I have looked at EODHD differently now that it is “my” stock data provider!
Over the next few months, I had less and less contact with EODHD's service, simply because any new tickers I added to my growing collection were already available on EODHD. In addition, email correspondence with EODHD has been replaced by the possibility of real-time chat, indicated by a button in the lower right corner of the screen. And a “real bot” now asks you for your name, your email address, and your problem. Then, also very quickly, a member of a considerably large team of smart and polite people answers the question you asked, and again this happens 24/7! You can immediately feel that this service team cares about customer satisfaction!
The amount of data available has grown significantly, the documentation is huge and, as far as I can tell, complete - the only thing that hasn't grown since I started is the monthly fee I had to pay. I'm glad I tried EODHD in 1917!

Very much data available (not only US data).
Very easy onboarding and implementation.
Stellar support via email.
Acceptable price.

There are some details that are not perfect (e.g. no easy to copy examples to the Json result strings, bill address is not changeable and contains only the name and the land).
But the correct bill address was changed by support within a few minutes.

To summarize my experience with EODHD: Excellent responsive customer service, high data quality, competitive pricing, reliable day-to-day operations. Keep up the good work.

I like the support and data variety provided by EOD. For the budget, data quality is excellent.

The data quality is top-notch and the service is incredibly fast. What really stands out is their API documentation; it's so good it should be a benchmark for others. I've tried multiple tools and this one is the best value for the price. Implementing their API into my existing services was straightforward and took hardly any extra effort. If you're looking for reliable real-time and historical market data, I'd definitely recommend this service.

I have been using EODHD for web based financial anlayis and the coverage, features and price are very good.

Support is excellent. Knowledgealbe, helpful and timely (often within minutes).

Nothing is perfect however, and I would like to see documentation as to the breakdown of the fundamentals as sometimes it is not clear what the constituent components of a figure are.

My second niggle is that company news often takes me to the same news aggregator which then takes me to another news source.

That aside, I believe this to be the best offering out there for the price.

The Customer Service is outstanding, data wise is good but can be improved further. does have a lot of data readily available at the palm of your hand.
