This is the best scooter company we have left in the world.

I really like this bike It gets me everywhere I need to go It is power full and capable
I received it a week ago I can get all over town on it I had issues as I went into the settings and screwed it up ( my fault)
I chatted with Ms Huang in customer service She is an absolute Gem I contacted her repeatedly for guidance instructions and advice She solved all my issues This is a great commuter bike it is powerful and has plenty of battery to get you around It is an excellent first e-bike to get you started
I highly recommend this company and Ms. Huang who made the purchase seemless If you end up going into the P-settings you can customize the ride for you Google eoeotwo 01 for the settings

I bought a scooter used from a guy and absolutely loved it. I haven’t got to deal with customer service yet but I’m asking for help please help me get another scooter or motor I’ll send back the old one it just locked up one day in the woods left me stranded but I love the thing. Please help

I have over 14 years experience in reviewing you bikes. I just spoke to this person in the DM on social media cannot believe what they told me. Disrespectful

Bought a scooter for my mother. It was delivered to me, when they said it would be. Communication to update me on delivery date was excellent, even explaining that it was going to be an additional day due to storm weather affecting sea crossing. The product was very simple to put together, with no tools required. Took 10 mins. Great price for a life changing vehicle. I would recommend this company
