Firstly, we're glad to hear that the envelopes you received were of good quality, but it's absolutely not acceptable that part of your order was missing and you couldn’t reach us for support. That’s not the level of service we aim to deliver at ePackaging Direct.

We recently made updates to our support system, including WhatsApp and email routing, which may have temporarily caused communication issues, but these have since been resolved. We want to assure you that we take all feedback seriously, especially when it highlights gaps in service.
