Contacted EPC Experts as we required a EPC for our commercial property. They dealt with our enquiry professionally and arrived as scheduled to complete the inspection. Very knowledgeable and polite and explained exactly what was involved. Received the EPC report within 24 hours of their visit to our premises. Great service, very competitively priced and highly recommend them.

We had an old house where we had retrofitted lots of insulation, solar and a heat pump. Adam was very helpful in ensuring we got the correct rating.

We can highly recommend Adam. He was professional and efficient and communicated with us at every stage.

Last minute request, very speedy and efficient service and quick turn around for report. Would recommend.

Great company. Adam made booking very easy and was able to squeeze me in. Very well priced quick and easy.

I contacted Adam after an EPC contractor I had booked through a booking service cancelled 5 minutes before they were due to arrive! I phoned Adam and explained the situation and that I had just driven 80miles to give access to the property. Adam then managed to organise a surveyor to come a few hours later. I know that can’t be the result every time, but I was so grateful to Adam and Kurt the surveyor for putting themselves out in order to help me!

Credit to Adam! He was prompt, he arrived exactly when he said he would, his was efficient and accurate - and my EPC certificate was ready the next day. Adam provided an additional service of creating a floor plan of my home. I would definitely use him again and I would recommend his service to anyone in need of an EPC or floor plans. Swift communications too!

Great service from EPC Experts, they helped me get a grant for the solar panels and turned my EPC rating from an F to a B.
