Highly recommended
I required an updated EPC certificate for the sale of my house and was drawn to EPCS thanks to their great reviews and very competitively priced assessments (£50 cheaper than what my estate agency quoted me). Drew came out the following day, on time and was quick and thorough in his assessment and explanation to my various questions. I highly recommend! Thanks a lot and had the certificate online in a matter of hours after.

Needed a EPC for a house move, clicked a link when googling, response was an immediate from Drew with a phone call to book a convenient time to complete. Booked within a day, great communication prior to appt, arrived on time and completed with no issues. Process explained for the certificate, a very clear and efficient service, certificates provided by end of the day. Amazing service!

I needed an EPC at short notice for a property out my area
I needed an EPC for a property out of area and was recommended Karim from my usual contact.
Karim was able to arrange the EPC even though my availability was very limited, he worked with me to get it booked in and completed very quickly.
He was polite in all interactions, invoice was issued promptly and the EPC made live immediately upon my payment.
This assisted me in maintaining compliance with my property.
I will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Efficient and great comms
Drew was kind enough to squeeze in my EPC at the last minute so that it didn't hold up a heat pump install. Communication was excellent, and the inspection was quick and efficient.

Maddison was great from start to finish. She provided a clear time slot and even called me 30 minutes beforehand to confirm, which I really appreciated.
