What a great guy and true craftsman Michael is. Surveyed what I needed doing and found the cheapest option to meet my needs and sorted my door out all on the same day. Brilliant service.

the service was excelent our door wouldnt open the lock had got stuck
mike came out on a sunday evening, he fitted us a new lock all in 20 mins.
cant fault the service he was a very helpful man

Epic Excellence
Excellent service from Michael. It was an emergency evening call out to fix the broken locking mechanism on my business premises. I always prefer to use local small businesses wherever possible and would certainly recommend Epic Locksmiths based in Ashford. Michael arrived within 20-25 minutes and had replaced the mechanism and lock from stock products he carries on his van in about 20 minutes - absolutely magnificent service! The price charged was also very reasonable especially as it was an out of hours call out.

Really impressed
Really impressed, even though the lock managed to be opened before Michael arrived he didn’t charge for his call out. This is, as far as I’m concerned above and beyond and I would highly recommend Michael in the future.

Brilliant locksmith - a real find!
An excellent experience all round. Mike arrived within an hour, was highly knowledgable and fixed the problem completely. He repaired the lock and realigned the door to prevent it failing again - great stuff!
Highly recommended and many thanks to Mike for his help.
