I bought my Daughters a ride on VW buggy and they love driving it around the back garden. Epic Play have been great. I'd highly recommend them.

The kids tractor I purchased was delivered in 2 days. Everything was fine when it was assembled. My only concern is that I purchased the tractor on November 7th for my grandson's Christmas present. By the time it is used there will only be 5 months warranty left and the months warranty on the battery would have expired. My fault I know, but hopefully everything will be fine.

Ordered a large ride on tractor despite the average reviews, because they were offering the best price on the internet. Delivery was exceptionally swift, and the item was very well packaged. Whilst assembling the tractor we discovered there was a hairline crack in one of the parts, we immediately emailed Epic play with photos to request a replacement part. Their customer service was swift to respond and they could not have been more apologetic or helpful and they promptly resolved the issue.
We are delighted with the product, price and first class customer service and highly recommend Epic Play to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.

Did not received item on time I do not recommend to buy from them .I ask from them to return and now they telling me to pay 60£ for return it. Which not not fair at all. so please don’t buy from them .

I ordered the pink Range Rover for my daughters birthday and after a few days of it passing the delivery date i had no updates or delivery. I contacted Epic Plays to be told there was a stock issue & when they recieved the stock i could have black or white version by the Friday. They had no idea when they could get the pink one out. I appreciate the communication however it should have been them contacting me first to tell me not leaving it to me to chase after paying. I had to settle for the white one which wasnt what i wanted and arrived after my daughters birthday. No form of good will or voucher was offered for the inconvenience either. The car is nice but disappointed in the service as had id known i would have ordered elsewhere and got what i paid for. I would say enquire before you buy.

Not company’s fault the remote got lost but a little support with a spare remote after spending a large sum to them is a very little ask. Very disappointed
simply the best
epic play are probably one of the best companies i have dealt with, they are very helpfull, nothing is to much trouble for them, and always reply very promptly.
i cannot fault them. just wish every company gave an amazing service as they do. i cant understand some of the bad reviws they have as my experience as been 100% i will definalty use epic play again and tell my friends and family about the excellent service i recieved from them. please take my advise and use epic play, i am not easily pleased but they certainly gave me a reason to write this review.
Refused to deliver

Goods ordered on March 8th.
First a delay in Epic Play's own offices.
Then a firm promise of delivery yesterday.
What happened? The courier, DPD, attempted to deliver to a nearby road. On finding no one home, he delivered elsewhere. The courier company, DPD, refuses to deliver correctly. Epic Play has, so far, failed either to send a replacement or persuade DPD to deliver.
So why am I annoyed? I ordered on March 8th, it's now day 11. Why do I not yet have a delivery date on which I can rely?
What part of the promise to deliver yesterday provided a problem?
Not at all good.
UPDATE 16.30, 19.3.24.
The company now seems completely unable or unwilling to deliver the goods and refuses, at this time, to refund the money that I paid. They tell me I must wait until DPD returns the order that they are holding and refuse to deliver. That could be forever!
It seems that I may have to take further action to enforce a refund.
Incidentally, I have now found an alternative supplier and am intending to order from them.
Epic Play, with my two very young granddaughters, you could have had a couple of happy customers for many years, (my son and I). By taking my money but failing to deliver, you now have lost us, anyone who reads this review and anyone we speak to as future customers.
Very silly.

I have just seen the company's reply.
1) Goods ordered on March 8th for delivery in 2 - 3 days.
2) Courier failed to deliver and on March 19th absolutely refused to deliver to me, in writing.
3) As the Courier has refused to deliver to me, I feel Epic Play's excuse is bogus.
4) Epic play, you've had my money since March 8th, it's now March 20th and you are unable to deliver despite broken delivery promises. I have ordered a replacement from Amazon, for delivery tomorrow. You must refund the money that you owe me immediately.
A WEEK ON - 26.3.24.
Refund requested on March 19th. Epic Play blames the courier. As they seem unwilling or unable to return the goods, Epic Play refuses to refund me.
I see no lawful reason why I should be expected to be held financially liable for the courier's alleged failure to return the goods.
You owe me a full refund for the original payment made on March 8th. Please pay NOW.
By the way, I bought a replacement, (same model), last week from Amazon. It also arrived last week.
LATEST - 5.4.24.
Refund still not paid.
This morning, I issued a formal warning of legal action by email. Epic Play replied with alacrity to say the refund will be paid today, (note, will be paid, not has been paid).
What a shambles!

Ordered my son a bike from this company they stated 2 days delivery. Had to chase the order when I had heard nothing to be told the bike would be with me the next day. Still nothing after iv already been chasing the order. It is now my sons birthday and I have no bike for him which I promised him and have no other money to buy him one.If you don't want to feel like a terrible person with a heartbroken child then do not order from this company.
Really wish I had ordered from a more well known company who could be trusted.

Absolutely 5 Star experience with Epic Play! This is our 2nd Ride-on Kids vehicle from this company, first the 12v Tractor which has been amazing & continues to give our little boy hours of fun, and now he is the lucky owner of the coolest car we’ve ever seen, the VW Beach Buggy! I wish I was 3yrs old again to drive around in them!
Wonderful customer service always given from this lovely family run small business who really seem to care about and value their customers, so thank you very much. We can’t recommend Epic Play enough! :)

I haven’t received my goods yet so I’ll write another review when I do but I can’t thank Michelle enough for the great customer service I have received in ordering my daughters Xmas gifts and going out of her way to advise me on models and courier companies they use. Truly exceptional thank you!

Epic we’re fantastic they sent a new car straight away and delivered it still in time for my daughters birthday and had parcel force collect the old one. I was a little worried when reading a few reviews but after dealing with them I can say they were excellent and would definitely use again
Nothing but problems!
We have had nothing but problems with the Range Rover we bought our son for Christmas. The car is only 3 months old and has only been used a handful of times but already the steering wheel arrived broken and the car was covered in scuffs and scratches, one of the wing mirrors do not stay in position and most worryingly the power socket case keeps coming loose so each time we put the car on charge, wires are exposed and keep sparking! You cannot talk to the company over the phone, they just hide behind emails! Awful considering the cost we paid, the time we have had the car and the few times it’s been used!

I purchased the pink jeep for my granddaughter. It arrived on time. The jeep was just as described, really big in size. One has to join the jeep together following the instructions. That did a take a little while (2hrs).
It has a parental remote. The jeep goes quite fast.
