Such a great company! Booked us in last minute and catered to our needs at every step from assisting with all of our heavy luggage and providing a kids car seat! It’s not easy travelling with 3 kids and Ali and the team made it a breeze. So glad we’ve found a great transfer company for our trips!

Epic Travels provided a fantastic service. They arrived on time, were extremely polite and courteous and couldn’t do enough for us. Ali dropped us off at Manchester and then collected us from London Heathrow and it wasn’t any trouble at all.

I’ve used Epic Travels more than once now, and every journey has been excellent from start to finish. The vehicles are always modern, spotless, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches such as complimentary water and sweets.

Ali consistently provides outstanding customer service. He is friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority.

What really sets Epic Travels apart is their flexibility and willingness to work around your needs when arranging pick-ups and collections. They make the whole process as convenient and stress-free as possible.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, dependable, and friendly airport transfer service. Five stars all the way!

Yet again Epic Travels have gone above and beyond

My Daughter was let down last minute for her return journey from Manchester Airport to Liversedge
It was last minute booking, as she was let down by another company.

Ali and his team were so good. They booked us in. Booking process was straight forward. Staff was very friendly and polite. Car was nice and clean. Driver was friendly. The return flight was delayed but they monitored it and upon our arrival, Driver was waiting inside Terminal for her with a smile. Helped with luggage and offered water. Everything was just spot on. We would definitely use Epic Travels and recommend to everyone.
Thank you so much Ali and the team.

Very pleasant experience, Ali was very friendly and made the journey very enjoyable, I will be using this service again for all of my airport journey’s..

We used Epic Travels for a return airport transfer to Manchester Airport for a family trip to Prague, and from start to finish the experience was excellent.

Booking through the website was straightforward, and Sam responded almost immediately on WhatsApp to confirm the details. She even called us personally via WhatsApp to go through the booking and make sure everything was right, that kind of attention from the off really set the tone. On the day, Ali (the owner) arrived exactly on time in a spotless, comfortable minibus with plenty of room for the four of us and all our luggage.

The return journey was just as smooth. Our EasyJet flight was delayed by an hour and Ali was already on top of it, monitoring the flight and keeping us updated throughout. When we landed he was already inside Terminal 2 waiting for us at Starbucks in arrivals, no hunting for a taxi rank or making our way to a pickup point, he personally walked us straight out to the minibus which was parked just outside the terminal doors. A really nice touch.

Friendly, professional, punctual and great value. We'll definitely be using Epic Travels again.

Another great service from Epic Travels. I have used them 4 times now for airport transfers. Always reliable and a good price too.

Ali was on hand from when we booked just 2 days before our transfer. He was very pleasant and helpful.I would highly recommend Epic travel.

Very professional and friendly service . Would definitely use again .

Massive shout out for small local businesses

Efficient, polite, really helpful, very punctual, had a comfy car seat for the baby. Ali even gave us coins for our airport trollies when he dropped us off at departures. We would highly recommend his taxi service!

Highly recommend epic travels for any airport drop jobs. Competitive prices, fantastics service, clean and spacious van, and lots of small touches (play your own music, water bottles)

We booked epic travels for our return to Manchester airport for a long haul trip.

From initial contact to final drop off the service was explemary.

Quote was done online and talked through in detail on phone which is good as you want confidence that the driver will turn up. Many online providers had no phone number

Pick up was smooth and Ali patiently waited 30 mins whilst we got the kids and luggage out and locked down the house

On the return leg, we were delayed and had 2 lost bags so it took nearly 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time to get the car. Ali again waited patiently and didn't add stress on top of the situation. He paid for the extra parking and didn't ask us to cover it. And he even came into the terminal to help us get the luggage to the car.

Overall very satisfied with the experience and will definitely book again for our next airport trip.

Helpful with bags.
Ali is very nice
No complaints
Would recommend

I have used Epic Travel twice. Once again, Ali dealt with my booking professionally from start to finish, kept in touch and update with picking up details. Our driver, Ajmal arrived on time to take us and collect us from the airport. He was very friendly and polite and I would definitely use Epic Travel again and highly recommend them.

Punctual, clean vehicle and very competitive. Will use Epic Travels again and recommend to family + friends.

We booked the Epic Plus package for a journey to Manchester Airport. The booking process was straightforward and customer service was great.

The journey was easy and quick and the driving felt very smooth. The driver was very helpful with complimentary water and napkins for the journey. We were made to feel very comfortable. We would use this service again as it was painless and efficient!

Highly recommended.
As a family of five, it can be difficult to find airport transfers that are well priced, comfortable and reliable.
From the moment we sent our enquiry form, the Epic Travel team have been superb. Great communication and the transfer was flawless. Arrived early and provided a first class service. Will definitely use again. Thank you to all the team.
