The service and communication were great. The quality of the embroidering was also great. The one thing that lacks is the quality of the shirts were not that great. Maybe a little more effort should be spent on the descriptions and such on the website for people who are not familiar with the industry and terms. Would make it a lot better if normal people could read the descriptions and actually understand what they are getting. Also the sizes seem to be a bit undersized...where as the description did not state that it would be a slim fit. But all good, would probably order more in the future if i knew what i was actually going to get before ordering...vs guessing at what was going to arrive.
