5 star service every time. Ian and the team were helpful, polite and found us a good deal. We even got our travel money from them. Would highly recommend. Thankyou!

We wanted to book a cruise with p&o but found it really difficult to contact customer services. So we went to adore travel part of Epping travel. Lisa the consultant was extremely helpful and we booked with them and they paid a deposit. Later that day I checked my account to find p&o had taken the whole balance by mistake. I let Lisa know and not long after I got a call from Ian the manager apologising and offering to return the balance to us until p&o refunded it. We went in to Adore and signed the agreement and the money was put in to our account. It's worth mentioning that Ian was moving house that day but went out of his way to sort this. It's taken over three weeks for p&o to refund us, which has duly been returned to Ian. I was a senior manager in car retail and I value excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as their customer service was exemplary.

Bad after care. It took Ian 4 weeks to reply saying he had put a refund into my account. That did not happen. He has not replied to another email sent 3 weeks ago. The taxi was sent to the wrong airport in Shanghai. I paid again for a taxi. The hotel had a noisy train on outskirts from 5am until midnight. It took one and three quarter hours to board the ship. No inoculation certificates were checked. We ended up constantly coughing for over 2 weeks. We would not book another holiday with him.

Amazing service helping us find the right areas to visit and hotels to stay at in Italy. We changed our minds about a few things and also had some non-negotiables, which Ian stuck to for us and found some great looking places to stay. Will definitely use them again.

A fantastic service from Ian booking our summer holiday after frustration and price changes at the last minute online- he managed to match the best price we cpuld no longer get ourselves and booked everything within an hour!
