Prompt return call after leaving a request for a quote.
Advisor was polite, patient and explained everything about the policy and breakdown cover.
On a like for like policy they came back £123 cheaper than my previous insurers!! Happy customer!

Extremely helpful and friendly team of advisors. I’ve just recently taken out horsebox insurance with them and they were very competitive on price after getting a couple other quotes from other companies.

Customer service needs to improve
Fees were increased, though never claimed. Customer service not the best, no prepaid envelopes provided to return docs. Use of electronic documents would improve experience, cost and experience. Expect I will not use this company again.
