Richard was very professional to deal with. He gave us sound advice, and submitted our planning application for an arena in the green belt. We applied for domestic planning permission for an L shaped stable block incorporating a useful covered area which adjoined an existing twin stable together with a 40 by 25 riding arena. Our house is grade 2 listed and the area is greenbelt so the siting was important. The planning approval was straightforward as all information had been prepared by EPS and the design and layout of the yard is really fantastic. EPS recommended contractors who also helped give us some ideas in the design stage. The contractors did a great job on schedule.

Richard provided good advice and drafted and submitted the application for us. It was vital for us to obtain permission and despite some local objection we successfully obtained permission for a stable block.
