Not been happy with this software at all, next to no training or help from the company , extremely poor set up and once they have you signed up they are not bothered about you just take your money. The trainer didn’t hardly know how to use the system wouldn’t help apply it your your business just basically read a script and sent everyone to sleep. But charged £1000 for the training!! On top of the software

Really had high hopes for this software just zero help on how to use and implement it

Great crm software to manage multiple businesses with single login. I have been managing both of my businesses using EQUP for over 6 months. Overall it was a great experience, where I have utilized features like campaigns for marketing, social media module for scheduling posts, catalog for listing and selling my services and subscriptions, workflow for automating my tasks. Which means I have been doing almost everything for running my businesses using EQUP.

EQUP is one of best CRM application with Industry specific features for small business owners. I have been managing my salon and spa business using EQUP for over 6 months.

And I would say this is the best decision I have made after starting my businesses couple of years back. The features I like most are Campaign for sms and email marketing, bookings for selling my services and getting paid and, workflows for automating dally repetitive tasks.
