ercol, was established over 100 years ago in 1920 by Italian designer Lucian R Ercolani in High Wycombe. The ercol office, showroom and factory moved to its current location in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire in 2002. Design has always been at the heart of ercol. Our furniture designs for dining, living and bedroom constantly evolve to reflect how we live today. We have a talented In-house design team and furniture technicians, to create and develop our designs, we also collaborate with external UK designers to create unique pieces all of which are made with integrity and fit for purpose.

Delighted with Ercol post purchase…
Delighted with Ercol post purchase customer service. I contacted them more in hope than expectation when my sofa, which I’d bought in 2021 had the webbing showing underneath. The material had perished. I emailed them and had a response with an hour and an appointment for a technician to visit within 2 weeks. He visited today and put now material on. Good as new now. Delighted.

Superb products
We have always loved Ercol furniture for its timeless designs and excellent quality. Ordering from Ercol is seamless, furniture is delivered promptly and the items are very well packaged and the couriers are very professional.
I would also recommend purchasing from the Ercol outlet as the items, to us, look and feel perfect, which suggests that Ercol standards are extremely high - and they are very competitively priced!
Great company, highly recommended.

Great product at a great price
I bought a studio couch at a great price from Ercol during their outlet sale. It was safely delivered and installed upstairs about 4 weeks later, in perfect condition. I love it! If it weren't for the long wait, I would have given 5 stars. Given that the item I purchased had already been manufactured and was sitting in their outlet store which is only 30 mins drive from where we live, it was a bit frustrating to have to wait 4 weeks after I had made payment to receive the item.

We do quote a 4 weeks lead time through out the purchase process and are unable to prioritise delivery as we use a third party delivery team.
