I’m afraid I too have been scammed and have just finished submitting a dispute with my credit card provider. The air conditioning unit I ordered never came and all links and contact are shut down. There is no way to communicate or track. I wish I’d read Trustpilot first. Please do not use this company.
BE WARNED this company is a total scam. It looks solid because Shopify and Visa allow this business to use their names and facilities to help it look legitimate. Emails bounce, the tracking link doesn't work, no working phone number and, of course, no goods supplied. Visa will be repaying me because of UK credit card laws. Take a a tip from me, never order from an unknown company which requires 10 days to deliver because the delay is to reinforce the scam and their chance of getting away with the money.

Delivery date delayed twice
No response from contact form
Emails bounced back
Mobile number unavailable
And suddenly tracking information disappears
I have reported this to the bank
I would hate this to happen to anyone else
In July 2026, I was scammed by an online 'shop' selling a Pro Breeze 9000BTU portable AC unit for £343.98.
That company was Jeritoc.myshopify.com (which has since become inaccessible)
This Erlinkete.myshopify.com 'shop' is HIGHLY LIKELY TO BE A SCAM, too - the website's "About Us" page is very odd since it claims they supply "high-quality baby products" yet all of the the 35 products listed in their catalogue have absolutely NOTHING to do with babies at all - not at all indicative of a legitimate business.

Supposed to be based in Wales - Port Talbot - JUST A FRONT - FAKE SITE - placed my order - paid with PayPal - only payment method offered - then message appears - PROBLEM WITH PAYPAL - tried to phone - engaged - sent message - some site from Brazil answered wanting payment with credit card
