I was surprised how quickly I received my product. Of all the undereye "depuffers" I've used, EL is the best. I also love the small size container (that is light weight & purse positive), the pump, and the way it only dispenses the small amount I need for upper and lower eye areas. No waste and so effective!

I’ve been using Laszlo since I was 26 years old. I’m now 73. That ought to tell you everything you need to know!

The light colored facial soap has nearly made my large brown spot disappear! It took approximately 3 months to accomplish this & this isn’t even why I purchased the soap to begin with! What a pleasant surprise.

No one answers the phone or returns calls. I’ve been waiting 2 days for a callback, called again today, and no human talks or calls back. Several months ago, I did speak to a person who told me Erno Laszlo no longer carries phelityl lotion for dry skin which is hard to believe. She did nothing to help me find something for dry skin.

I would have given a five star I just don’t want my mailbox stuffed with a package! It was hard to get it out! I’m not too far from the mailbox could they at least leave it at my door?? Thank you

I giving Laszlo 3 stars BUT VICTORIA FREE had 5 STARS.
In the beginning the sale was 30% off then it went to 40%, That's great BUT if I ordered my products at 30% and could not get the 40% off. I WOULD BE VERY UPSET WITH ERNO LASZLO. I'm a user for over 40 years and I expect the best deal you can give me.

I love Laszlo products. I've noticed a clarity to my skin and reduced blackheads that I haven't experienced with other products even using those that promise to do so. Due to the cost though, I really appreciate the 30% sales.

I've loved "normalizer shake-it" since I was 13. I'm now 78 and very, very glad Laszlo (finally) brought back the shake-it and (really finally) at least some choices in shades. However. I am distinctly NOT happy with the same-price-but-less-than-half-the amount of product. Which is why you only get 3 stars. Bring back the original 6.8 fl. oz. size please. BTW? What took so long to bring this product back?

Your products are tried and true. The only soap that makes my skin clear and glowing. Thank you for doing what you do well!

I have used lazlo for 45 years. There are some things I miss but for the most part I am happy to keep using the products. I miss Anne McFadden & hope she is doing well. Vickie has reached out a couple of times & I look forward to ordering through her. It is nice to have someone to talk to when ordering.

I have been using the Detox Cleansing Duo for many years. It is my favorite cleanser. The cleansing oil is so soft and gentle on your skin. It does not leave your skin sticky like some cleansers do. The Erno Laszlo site was easy to use, convenient and shipped right to my door. Big plus it was on sale!

I still use EL since 1980s . I pour the new products into all my old bottles. ( If it’s not broke don’t fix it ) I can understand less product for more money, that acceptable!!! I cannot understand the reformulation of now every original product!!! Nothing even smells the same !! You brought back Shake It … When we all complained… ( Dr Laszlo would be turning in his grave if he saw what a corporation has done ) Respectfully, William

I was impressed with Victoria who has a lot of Erno Laszlo experience .. I've been a customer since 1975. The product is excellent and understanding my requests is great customer service. Some of the products have changed and getting the right products helps with an experienced representative.
