We bought the ERYONE 1Kg PLA Matte Tri-Color 3D Printing Filament purple, yellow and blue.

It was just one colour blue.

Suite à la commande de deux bobines, l’une des bobines commandée ne correspond pas. J’ai demandé une solution pour recevoir la bonne référence plusieurs tentatives au service après-vente de réponse purement automatique et décalé entreprise à fuir un service après-vente, désastre.

i buy a 7 rolls of PLA ( mixed ) and 1 of this rolls are back order, after 3 or 4 weeks i communicate whit Eryone, and he respond we offer to me to remplace this rolls ( white ) for a other type of white in the PLA , + bonus another rolls in the DUAL PLA Matte , i accepted :P , thank you to you.

Filaments that are supposedly bubble-free... but full of bubbles.

I've tried everything to fix my 5 spools of PLA Silk.
Nothing works. They're full of air, and once printed, the print is incredibly fragile. The result: holes all over the perimeters and a print that breaks without any pressure at all.

Dried at 45°C for 12 hours.
Problem still present.

Dried at 55°C for 12 hours.
Problem still present.

Replaced the nozzle with a new one (to rule out contamination).
Problem still present.

Dried at 55°C for 48 hours to ensure all moisture was eliminated (Ultra Silk is mixed with TPU for gloss).
Problem still present.

Recalibrated advance pressure...
Problem still present...

In short, I tried a bunch of other things and nothing worked. The problem won’t go away. Conclusion: their filament spools are very poor quality.

A colossal waste of time trying to print this junk.

And to top it all off, customer service isn’t responding!

Les compré un hotend y ventilador para la er20 pero un mes después como no llegaba pregunté y me dijeron que iba a tardar bastante, solicito la anulación del pedido y devolución del importe, me dicen que si pero van pasando los días y nada, vuelvo a preguntar y que si pero que me lo quieren devolver por PayPal, les facilito el dato pero sigo esperando, varios días después, que si para finales de semana pero nada, abriré una disputa por el seguro de la tarjeta de crédito porque parece que me están estafando.

They reached out about a issue, and they immediately made it right by sending me 2 new rolls of filament completely for free! The communication was quick and helpful, they provided shipping tracking , and I just put the new rolls in to dry. It's awesome to buy from a company that actually stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. Highly recommend!

The range of colours and types of material available is really good. Burnt titanium, and quadruple colour silk are my current favourites. I found all their products to be first-class. I always use a temperature tower to get the best from the material.
The support, if needed, is really good via their Facebook groups where most of the members have a positive view of the company. Special mention to Taylor, Kelly, and Nancy.

Amazon people very friendly helpful great to do business with them.

Great store, filament is packaged in strong cardboard box. Could use plastic spool, but paper is okay as well. Great customer service, fairly quick response!

Gute Auswahl an Filamenten, Eryone hat teils mehr Farben und Materialien zur Auswahl und tatsächlich lieferbar als andere Marken. Lieferung war auch immer zügig. Preis ist gut wenn man die Bundle-Angebote kauft.

Je commande du filament Eryone depuis plus de quatre ans, je profite de commande en gros pour le tarif avantageux.

Jamais été déçu de la qualité, même agréablement surpris sur la vitesse volumétrique d’un PLA standard qui est largement suffisante pour imprimer à haute vitesse.

Pour moi Eryone est une des marques les plus qualitative et régulière du marché (et je passe une grosse quantité de beaucoup de fabriquants différents)

I ordered a lot of filament, and the standard white filament is very bad. Every time I have an issue with my Bambu printer, I find that the problem is caused by the filament breaking inside.

Schwarzes ASA Filament bestellt, falsche Farbe geliefert bekommen.
Mehrfach per Mail zugesichert bekommen, dass die richtige Farbe zugesendet wird, aber nie erhalten

„Ich habe über verschiedene Plattformen Filament einer bestimmten Farbe gekauft. Leider habe ich immer wieder ein anderes Filament erhalten. Die Beschriftung sowie die Farbe haben sich jedes Mal unterschieden.
Über Amazon hat es dann einmal funktioniert. Da ich mehr von dem Filament brauchte, habe ich direkt über den Shop bestellt – leider ein Fehler. Wieder habe ich ein anderes Filament erhalten: andere Farbe und auch eine andere Bezeichnung als im Shop angegeben.
Nach mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen, den Support zu erreichen, hatte ich schließlich jemanden im Chat sowie per Mail erreicht. Doch dann kam der Schock: Es wurde nicht im Ansatz auf mein Problem eingegangen. Stattdessen wurde mehrfach wiederholt, dass alles korrekt sei und ich genau das Filament erhalten hätte, das ich bestellt habe.
Wie kann der Servicemitarbeiter das beurteilen, wenn ich eindeutige Bilder vorlege, die zeigen, dass ich das falsche Filament bekommen habe – nicht nur in einer anderen Farbe, sondern auch mit einer anderen Bezeichnung?

Ich habe dann nachgefragt, was ich tun könne, um das richtige Filament zu bekommen. Darauf wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Stattdessen hieß es nur wiederholt, sie hätten keinen Fehler gemacht und wüssten nicht, was ich eigentlich wolle.
Wie kann man nur so dreist sein und den Fehler dem Kunden in die Schuhe schieben – und sich dann noch weigern, das Problem zu lösen?

Der schlechteste Kundenservice seit Jahren! Ich rate jedem dringend ab, dort etwas zu bestellen.
Achtung: Für mich ist das eindeutig SCAM!“
