This is the worst online service I have ever encountered. I paid for an e-stamp paper 4 days ago, and I still have not received it.Their customer support is an absolute joke. You cannot call them directly. If you email them or message them, you get the exact same robotic, fake promise: "Someone will call you back in 2 hours

This is a fraud website that gets your money and take no responsibility on the process. I asked them to change some details and they refused and was met with AI chatbot in WhatsApp. PLEASE DONT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Absolutely no support. I ordered a e stamp paper and paid extra for delivery, but it has been more than 2 weeks and it is still not delivered. No one responds on the whatsapp chats.

in 2025 i had a seamless experience of creating a rental agreement.
This years experience was pathetic, #810e19.
1) The url to the agreement creation on their website are hard to find.
2) Created the agreement, but no workflow trigger for eSignatures.
3) No response from customer support on email or WhatsApp. Conveniently, they do not list a phone number.

I lost my money on this service. This eSahayak service should be shut down to save gullible customers from losing money.

Do not use it, pathetic customer service.

I had a stamp paper generated via esahayak. To my surprise, the generated paper had incorrect mobile number. I reached out to the whatsapp customer support immediately and was met with an AI. I somehow got through to a human associated only to be waiting for 24 hours after ever response.

They refused to help in any way here since the vendor apparently used their own number and they can't do anything about it.

Please do not go with this online platform. If you are stuck with any issue then no customer support it's absolutely zero support from them. I had issue to proceed and stuck and lost entire money of around 1300 rs then had to get it done again in nobroker platform.

This platform is a complete waste of money and time. Totally fraudulent. Before placing the order, they claim they will provide the stamp within 10–15 minutes, but after the payment is made, they suddenly ask for more than 24 hours. What is the use of the stamp after 24 hours when it’s needed urgently right now?

They also do not provide refunds, and there is no proper customer support available. They have only placed an AI bot on WhatsApp with no real assistance.

Highly inefficient and disastrous management.

They recently had a serious legal issue that almost got them shut down. The way they handled this situation was disastrous. 0 client intimation, making false promises and worst of all, not responding altogether.

The biggest problem with them is the ridiculous amount of time they take to respond to a query and act upon it. Inefficiency stems from the top tier itself. There is this person who goes by the name Gaurav Malik. This is one of the most dysfunctional and spineless individuals I've ever seen. He responds in a certain way, and his team sternly contradicts him, no matter what. He barely even picks up calls. That's merely because he's too timid to face customers and ill-equipped to handle real-world situations and people.

Overall, his dysfunctionality fits perfectly in this barely functional company structure that is only days from collapse.

Nice website and helpful technical support

Extremely poor service from eSahayak.io. It has been over 15 days and my e‑stamping and rent agreement are still not completed. Support is unresponsive, fees were collected upfront, and now my login with my registered mobile number has also stopped working. This has completely blocked me with no resolution. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Those bastards are great frauds. I would have given negative star rating had the option been available.
I made a rent agreement through them. They took more than a day instead of an hour as assured to create the agreement. But the worst part is that they did not use a e-stamp paper, which renders the agreement LEGALLY INVALID. They never sent the agreement physically though I paid the full amount.
They do not provide any contact number to call them. Only way to contact them is through WhatsApp or email, where either they give nonsense reply or do not reply at all.

Terrible experience using esahayak. No customer support. No responsibility taken by company to fulfill the order. Will never recommend anyone to use Esahayak.

Big time fraudsters. They cannot provide any stamp paper within any given time.. Just a scam

They are frauders, I buy a stamp paper at door step delivery and paid also etc for it but after 2 weeks also they not set the courior also

When ever I ask for contacting a human being only wats up AI is there for complaint but no response after two weeks I surrender to MSG and I need to buy another stamp physically by travelling far away to my home town.

Please avoid using this company. They took my order for stamp paper with 1 hour door delivery and it is over a day and I have not received my stamp paper yet. Their whatsapp is automated and gives useless information

This review is for esahayak.io which says they are based out of chandigarh. They are a scam, they take money for home delivery and only give you a useless soft copy. They don't deliver to you ever. Customer care does not respond (or is non existent?)

This company is fraud. I ordered stamp paper as they claimed they deliver in 1 hour if I pay rs.70 extra. For a 500 inr stamp paper I paid 854/- as it was an emergency for me. once I ordered they put a timer of 80 minutes count down which is 20 minutes later than the promised time. its 3 days and they have not yet delivered. They don't pick up the contact number they put on website and they just respond standard messages on WhatsApp. 100% fraud
