Emma was genuinely brilliant from start to finish. This was my first holiday in 2 years, so I wanted to make sure everything was right, and she completely delivered.

From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and came back with some great options. The one we went for ended up being spot on. She explained everything clearly, from flights and transfers to how the booking works, which made the whole process feel easy and stress free.

What really stood out was how responsive and helpful she was throughout. Anytime I had a question, whether it was about seats, payments, the app, or booking details, she was quick to reply and always sorted things without any hassle. Even when there were a couple of small issues, she stayed on it and made sure everything got resolved properly.

You can tell she actually cares about getting it right for you rather than just booking something and moving on. That made a big difference, especially as it had been a while since I last travelled.

The hotel Emma recommended, AQUA Hotel The Breeze & Spa, was also a great choice. It’s adults only, really modern, and has a relaxed atmosphere which made it perfect for switching off. The food was quality, plenty of choice, and the bar was spot on as well. The pool and spa areas were ideal for chilling during the day, and the location is great, close to the beach and not far from the airport.

The holiday itself turned out exactly how I wanted, and that’s down to Emma putting the effort in behind the scenes.

I’d 100% recommend her to anyone looking to book a holiday, and I’ll definitely be using her again in the future.

Emma booked our Disneyland Paris holiday and it was the best holiday! Emma answered all my questions no matter how ridiculous they were! Emma made everything go smoothly and would definitely use Emma again in the future.
