Regarding the tracking and delivery time, there were some delays recently due to the bank holiday period, which can sometimes affect courier collections and transit times. While we always aim for deliveries to arrive as quickly as possible, external courier delays during these periods can occasionally extend delivery times slightly.

Customer support doesnt respond and they take your money and ship your orders to diffrent cities to avoid giving the money back. Do not buy from these guys, unless you want to loose your money ofcourse!
