Das Tracking von DHL hat nicht funktioniert und die Lieferzeit war sehr lange. Ich habe den Kundenservice angeschrieben, der nicht nur sehr schnell, sondern auch sehr kompetent reagiert hat. Es war nicht die Schuld von escootervision, und trotzdem schnelle und kulante Reaktion. Das ist mir wichtig. Hier kann man wieder bestellen.

Habe ein reifen bestellt den ich wieder zurück geschickt habe. Dann wurde mir gesagt das sie den nicht zurücknehmen weil er ein bißchen dreckig ist. Jetzt Sitz ich auf den Kosten.

However, when I asked for a free refund within 14 days, the seller refused me on the grounds that it was a translation error and the seller immediately corrected this information on the site. Regardless of whether it was a translation error or not, the seller should have paid the postage for the return if it was stated on his website at the time of purchase, because I chose this store based on the free return policy.

P.S. The original rating is set as "one star". If the seller adheres to the terms and conditions stated on his website at the time of purchase and reimburses me, I will correct the review.

P.P.S. This is an information update from 29.07.2024. The seller eventually reimbursed me for the cost of the order minus transportation costs.
