I can honestly say ES Fire Solutions were brilliant from start to finish.
We’d been putting off getting our fire alarms looked at for a while, but they made the whole process really easy and stress‑free. Communication was great, they turned up when they said they would, and nothing felt rushed.
The engineer took the time to talk us through everything properly, explain what he was doing, and make sure we understood how the system works. You can tell they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about safety rather than just ticking boxes.
It’s reassuring to know we’ve now got a company we trust to look after our fire safety going forward.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ES Fire Solutions to anyone.

Reliable and Peace of Mind Restored
I’d been a bit concerned about the fire alarms, you know. They used to go off every time we so much as put the grill on, but lately they’d been quiet as a mouse which, if anything, worried me more.
Anyway, a very pleasant young chap came round, had a proper look at them, and went through everything carefully. Turns out one of the two had completely given up the ghost. Thankfully he sorted it there and then, no fuss at all. Good to have it put right and working as it should.
