Amelia was great. She was patient and answered all of my questions until I was ready to place my order.

1st class support team. I was in the process of filling in a support ticket on EShine website, and an agent was available to pickup the support task via IM. The diagnostic and replacement process was completed within 24 hours. Many thanks.

Amelia was very helpful in finding the solution to my lights turning off after 10 seconds. The solution was to relocate the sensor to the center to avoid the cupboard edge. There must be more than 5 inches all around sensor.

Paul was very helpful in resoling a flickering light problem.

Since November 2020, I have had two EShine systems in my kitchen. One is under cabinets with a sensor dimmer switch and one is on top of the cabinets tied to a manual dimmer. Recently, I noticed a flickering reflection on the countertop and aupon inspection, noticed several LEDs were indeed flickering. Unfortuantely, there were many, many more which had burned out. I reached out to EShine directly, which is how I purchased originally, and worked with Amelia over chat. Amelia was very professional and after some verification of my order and current situation, Amelia was able to replace te defective light strips. The belief is the transformer is may not be performing as it should which is why so many light strips were affected. Amelia included a replacement transformer as well. Since this whole process was conducted over chat it took a little over an hour to complete. This amount of time was the only negative but can not be helped. So no "dings" on the rating. Overall, excellent Customer Service and resolution. I will always buy EShine lighting when i have an need.

Every time I've dealt with EShine it's been a positive experience. I recently had to get a warranty replacement on an item, and it was quick and easy.

I have had great service with EShine when I had questions about products. Always a quick response. In addition I truly love the under counter light bars that are motion sensored. I have purchased a total of four! Keeps the wife happy LOL!

After installing my 6-bar undercabinet lighting using an eShine transformer, it worked perfect. The next day, it wouldn't stay on. The consultant on your site walked me through troubleshooting steps and verified it was a defective IR sensor bar and arranged to have a new one shipped to me. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Great experience orderering from Eshine. I asked two questions online and received quick and helpful response. ( one reply was from Amelia). 10% off order was nice. Love the products so far. Easy to install. Wish actual plug did not stick out from outlet as much. Will wait to see how long products last.

I ordered the wrong color temperature light bars and needed to return them and order the correct ones. The process was easy and painless (except for the paying for the return - but since it was my mistake I could not expect anything else). A pleasure dealing with Eshine!

I wrote an email to get some accessories for my lighting kit and Paul was knowledgeable and very supportive in sending the exact product and where to order it. Customer support is fast and courteous.

I have been a regular user of a variety of EShine products. Have always been very satisfied with the quality and in particular the customer service. My last purchase involved an unfortunate manufacturing defect. The support I received from Paul was amazing; the issue was dealt with in an efficient, effective and particularly prompt manner. They will continue to be my go to company for similar lighting needs.

I recently ordered 2 24” lights from E Shine. When I went to charge them, one light charged like it was supposed to, while the other was defective out of the box. I contacted customer support and a new light was on its way within 12 hours. Mistakes happen, but I’ll do business with a company that stands behind its product any day.

Installation was easy and the performance is great! I plan to buy more lights from EShine.
