Worked well, but the timings can catch you out. They seem to operate in GMT not local time and work calender days rather than elapsed 24 hour periods.
Other than that, very easy to use and set up.

Nice and easy
Needed an esim for a 10 day stay in France and Switzerland, and a friend recommended to try eSIMPhoney. Easy install, and the eSIM worked without a hitch from the moment I landed. Also smoothly transitioned between carriers when I crossed the border every day.

All ok after some difficulty in purchasing and installing
After some difficulty with installation, likely due to uneffectful attempts of payment that produced not working codes, everything was ok and the esim worked fine and properly on arrival at the Maldives.
The only inconvenience was the waste of time with the 2 not working codes I received by email: the third one was working after the payment went through, but why send codes thet force you to go over and over the installation procedure if the purchase hasn't worked? I wasted at least half an hour on it, contacted assistance (which took hours to reply, meanwhile I managed to fix the problem myself, but had to leave fearing the esim would not be operative...)
Anyway all was right at the end.
I just suggest better assistance in installing procedures

Never worked. Only found out once at destination. They said they had an activation problem and refunded me. Went withSaily, worked great!

As soon as we were able to review your case, we processed a full refund as requested, along with a voucher as a goodwill gesture.

I bought an eSim, which went smoothly. Turned out that I didn't need it, so I asked if a refund was possible. I got a prompt reply, stating that in my case, a refund was possible. The refund was processed within days.
