Great products

Almost everything I wished to purchase was in stock - there was only one item I had to find an alternative for. The shipping was quick and was delivered when promised. I’ve tried all but 2 of the items I purchased and they feel wonderfully luxurious yet didn’t break the bank!

Great experience, I highly recommend!

I had a really smooth experience shopping with Esmea. Although my parcel arrived one day after the supposed day of delivery, I got two free face masks, so I'm content with that. All the products arrived in superb condition too!

The store is beautifully designed, with a layout that makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. The lighting is perfect for testing products, and the atmosphere is always lively yet relaxing.

During my last visit, I was on the hunt for a specific shade of lipstick. The associate not only found it for me but also recommended a matching lip liner and gloss. She even showed me how to create a perfect ombre effect! I appreciate that they take the time to share tips and tricks, enhancing my shopping experience.

Help with missing delivery

Initially I did not receive my package due to the postal strike. Esmea worked with Canada Post and I did receive it once the strike was over.
