if you don't already gamble on this platform I strongly advise you not to start. my account was suspended because I asked him if they could put a rush on my withdrawal because they were taking so long. and they want to know if I had a gambling problem . well to investigate my account it would take about 5 minutes because they were all of three transactions it was a new account. I left $50 in it to play with and when they suspended it they would not give my money back. apparently they don't have any kind of method of returning people's money while they investigate their account my account with three transactions has been investigated for 5 months now. and no matter how many times I answer the gambling questions and send the email back they never reinstate it they never communicate with me they will never give me my money and customer service can never do anything because it's this team of investigators that are in charge of it and you can never get a hold of them. so if for some stupid reason they happen to suspend your account even if it's by accident you're not going to get your money back for months and months and months and months if ever I mean I can't say mine's going on 6 months now. there are a lot of people on the internet that are having the same problem with the same platform so I don't know what to recommend other than what I use and that's FanDuel and FanDuel I've had absolutely no problem with it all

Why run a legit casino/betting app when you can scam people then change your name? I suggest everyone files a report with your gaming commission. They deserve to be shut down and bankrupt. I opened an account at about 12 PM on a Saturday afternoon with the intention of getting $100 bonus bet for the $10 that I bet on a game. I went to check it a few hours later and it said that my account has been suspended. The reason they gave was that I allegedly had a location changer somewhere in my iPad. They requested a selfie and a government ID and my response to the accusation of the software location app. I sent in everything and here. We are some seven hours later with no response when I was told I would get a quick response. They even added to the reply, “any further attempts at altering“. It was nice to know. They actually went as far as telling me that I had use this location altering software. Any legal description will tell you that’s defamation of character. Stay away from this app. I do not trust them and when I get my $10 back, I’m going to close this worthless account.

I placed my first bet 10/5 for $10. The promo on the ESPN app, new customers place a $10 bet and receive a $100 in a bonus money. I never received that money. Reach out to someone in support, he responds back on 10/6.he said it would take 72hrs to receive bonus funds. Still haven't received. Don't promote something and then you don't it. So I’ve been playing on this site for about 6 months and I play the free bet blackjack and do a little sports betting. Well the other day I went to free bet blackjack and I always play all three side bets. On the first hand I put money in the main bet then $4 in perfect pair $3 on 21+3 and $2 on HG3T. In that order. After the timer was up to place the bet my $4 perfect pair bet disappeared but left the other two bets still there. Well take a wild guess what happened? Two ace of diamonds cane out which is 25x the bet. I literally snapped contacted blackjack k live support. The guy said he saw that only partial of my bet was received and gave me a support number to wait to here back. Screw that I immedistely reached out to espnbet support which is different from the blackjack support and even with screenshots of the agent from blackjack saying for some reason they only received part of my bet they are not paying out my winnings. And you can go back in my hand history I play all 3 side bets every single hand. Every single hand. I never skip a hand and just play one or two. So I’m just letting everyone know it’s bs and it’s almost like they knew two avenues of diamonds were coming out that’s why they rejected my perfect pair bet. With the evidence the fact they wouldn’t pay out $100 tells me there site is broke. I’m spreading the word do not use Espnbet

Been online gambling for 25 years never dealt with a place more full of shadiness they will gladly take your money and no issues but if you win anything not a chance of collecting they continued asking for one doc after another and when you complete they will continue until they can keep your money they conviently suspended my account never an issue until you try to withdrawal it's amazing ESPN such a big company will allow such a shady place to represent them I gave a 1 because a 0 was r an option

made a deposit over a month ago with a joint card of my late x wife I won nothing then recently I made a deposit with my card whjch was verified they never had a problem accepting and keeping my 200 from that initial deposit but when my second deposit I won $700 from all of sudden they are suspending my account and asking for a selfie id of my x wife who passed from COVID that I have explained isn't possible and there horrible customer service gives nothing but autobot answers beware just because they have ESPN as there name they will wait until you request a withdrawal and then ask for the impossible they started with one request I fulfilled it because of that all of sudden a second I fullilled it and what you know then a third is a never ending circus I would highly recommend from 25 years experienced gambler to deposit elsewhere

If I could give negative stars I would. I used espnbet for several months. Compared to fanduel and others, the customer service was atrocious. Always got the run around even after losing tens of thousands, not a single bonus bet was extended. STAY AWAY from this crappy book that takes forever to payout and doesn't care for its customers.

ESPN bet is a very good betting app. They always give you free bets. I love ESPN !!!!!! My new number one sports book from now on. They are so generous. I am currently sending the better buisness bureau my money put in versus money won, i’m no mathematician, but I know those odds are illegal in Pennsylvania, once I filed a complaint on their site that they have set up for complaints they deleted my account and said because of the amount of money I spend they’re deleting my account basically. Horrible. They would not return my money and had my account locked. Went through numerous agents and they told me the account was unlocked. As if I’m crazy. I go back in 5 times and I’m locked out and it tells me to contact an agent and the charade continues. Never bet with them. They kept telling that it’s unlocked . Awful company.
